★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air netes netes doang, meteran gak jalan, tagihan tetep. Kualitas air pun buruk. Nomer telpon pengaduan gak diangkat sama sekali. Terus duit gua bayar pdam tiap bulan buat apaan? Udah jalan 2 minggu air keluarnya cuma netes2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ teknisi PDAM tidak siap 24 jam, yang 24 jam cuma tukang nya aja. kalah sama teknisi PLN 24 jam selalu ada. tolong lebih sigap dalam menghadapi keluhan, karena air merupakan kebutuhan pokok rumah. perbaiki ya.. pelayanan masyarakat lho ini.
PDAM technicians are not ready 24 hours, the only 24 hours are just the handyman. lose to a 24-hour PLN technician, always there. please be more alert in dealing with complaints, because water is a basic need of the house. fix it.. this is community service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No solusi, kenaikan 120% dari harga biasanya Dan banyak sekali yang komplain di hari saya komplain, yg Ada di suruh ketemu sama tukang catat meter kan aneh yang ada saling lempar, tapi makan mereka dari hasil kita bayar, pelayanan tetapi tidak melayani udah airnya kecil kalau depan nyala pasti belakang tidak nyala. G kawatir emang dental hasil nantinya mereka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pikir saya doang yg punya keluhan soal air ngalirnya kecil, keruh, bau pasir, kadang ada cacingnya. Tolong perbaiki dong perawatannya supaya air yg di pake layak untuk digunakan dan mengalir deras dgn lancar. Bayar air selalu ontime tp kualitas airnya mengecewakan.
I think I'm the only one who has complaints about the running water being small, cloudy, smells of sand, sometimes there are worms. Please fix the maintenance so that the water used is suitable for use and flows smoothly. Pay for water always on time but the water quality is disappointing.
