SANGAT BURUK ! 2HARI SEDAYU MATI AIR. SETIAP HARU MANDI DI POM. BAYAR 2RIBU, DAN GAK MUNGKIN DIGANTI.
VERY BAD ! 2 DAYS WALK OFF WATER. EVERY SHOWER SHOULD BE AT POM. PAY 2 THOUSAND, AND MAY NOT BE REPLACED.

SEMOGA DIBACA ORANG PENTING YANG BISA MEMBACA DAN MENGERTI ATAS KINERJA PERUSAHAAN.

Perusahaan Daerah kurang tenaga teknis di lapangan , respon petugas belum mencerminkan ikut memiliki aset negara. Saluran pipa bocor ber- bulan2 dibiarkan begitu saja , Supervisi teknik kurang berfungsi bagaimana standar operasional penyambungan teknik yang benar ? Apakah menyambung saluran pipa diluar instalasi pelanggan itu tanggung jawab konsumen ? Apakah tehnik penyambungan cukup dibalut dengan karet bekas ban sepeda ? Air terbuang sia2 para pegawai PDAM tidak merasa merugikan negara ? Untuk apa ada Anggara pemeliharaan ? Kasihan petugas tehnik harus menunggu laporan masyarakat , dilapori pun tidak mampu menyelesaikan masalah.

Gak pantes dikasih bintang,buruk sekali air selalu mati, dan sering mati dijam2 penting dan hari2 penting entah knp. Pdhl air itu kebutuhan yg vital, gak cuma duit aja!!kl ga sanggup cari solusi mending resign aja, cari tenaga kerja sdm yg lebih bisa diandalkan :)
It doesn't deserve to be given a star, it's very bad the water always dies, and often dies during important hours and important days, I don't know why. If water is a vital need, it's not just money !! If you can't find a solution, it's better to just resign, looking for a more reliable human resource :)

Air PDAM mati 2 hari padahal baru bayar dan gak pernah telat bayar.. Ini gimana pak??!! Sering banget mati, sekalinya nyala kayak air sawah gak layak digunakan... kalau mau mati ya ngomong dulu atau setidaknya cepat dicari sumbermasalahnya... kalau air mati gini mau aktifitas juga gak bisa... No.Telp untuk pengaduan juga gak dicantumkan... KECEWA SAMA PDAM

Air PDAM Sedayu sering banget mati, bahkan seharian, kami butuh air pak. Disaat genting begini, masa nggak mandi? Udah bayar tepat waktu, tapi pelayanannya nggak sesuai. Kami harus bolak-balik ambil air dari rumah ke masjid dekat rumah. Nggak usah bayar PAM saja. Satu lagi sering terjadi, air nggak keluar tapi meteran jalan terus, akhirnya tetap bayar PDAM, kami rugi. Sekarang masa PAM mati sampai 7 hari. Parah

Proyek galian pipa ga tau kapan selesainya. Bikin Sering banget mati PDAM nya. Jangan sampai mau maghrib gini donk PDAM kalo mati. Udah nampung air tetep saja butuh lebih. apalagi yg punya anak balita dan bayi. Sungguh sangat tidak nyaman. Apalagi kalau mati nya ga ada info terlebih dahulu.
