★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy to see Djournal opening quite a few branches around town. This one in Pacific Place is very cosy, located next to Kitchenette. My personal choices in Djournal are either the earl grey macchiato or cold drip macchiato, although these two are often sold out, especially in the evening. The pecan pie is awesome too.

Worse, after staff compacted the coffee powder with tool, he used his bare hands to wipe the top of the metal rim. Unhygienic, especially in era of virus.
Environment - very nice. Cheaper than starbucks.
Conclusion :- nice outside, poor inside.
Yet a crowded successful chain as there’s limited choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14 Dec 2019: It is a self-serviced cafe. Nice upbeat music and inviting ambiance with warm lighting. But it would not be a coffee place to go for as they serve plastic fork and spoon for dessert. And it’s cold coffee too is served in a plastic cup. Not environmental friendly, more so not really cool at a premium mall. What’s worth mention is that it’s hot Biscoff is quite nice but it’s little too sweet. Less sugar would be just great. Red velvet cake was alright.
It’s personnel are not entirely friendly and courteous. Asked for a glass of water, there’s no acknowledgement after saying a thank you to him.
Our order was a hot biscoff, a coffee mint 16oz,and a red velvet cake. Total bill was IDR133,000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that i’m so disappointed with the connectivity in this place. Come on! We are living in the digitalisation era and yet you’re serving your customer with below than 5mbps speed? I can’t even do my work and kept losing the connection. I hope for some improvement from such a big corporation Ismaya Group ? .. salute to Starbucks where the connectivity in every branches are always good and stable. Definitely a nice place to chill & work.

We tried calamary and ayam goreng sambel hijau, and they're delicious.
A must try restaurant.

I ordered Kopi Rempah and it taste wonderful.
Next time will try to order its food too.
A cozy atmosphere that support our focus either just for hang out or getting things done.
