★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the only downside is no common kitchen and appliance like refrigerator and/or water. laundry service isn't free (like 9000/kg; kinda pricey but the upside is you only need to drop and retrieve it in the front office) but everything else is great. the architecture is great, the room is great (good ventilation with good lighting; get your own windows), the security is great (you get access card for both the front door and your room), the bed is great (not some kind of cheap one that you can feel the spring digging your back, definitely got no proper rest) the hot water is great; super hot, the room not super small good for one person, decent, the staffs r super friendly, the common area was great, properly lit when night, quite most of the times, the neighbor r great (for now), quite clean so no complaint yet.
you can check in like anytime of the date for minimum 1 month stay, but you have to check out on 28th or less, no extended day stay. ex: check in on 13th may, so you pay for your stay from 13th to 28th may at the end of the month (28) and also for the electricity (not included), then you will paying the usual monthly fees for the next months. if check out at september then you can check out at 28th or less (still paying for a whole month)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi is very bad connection, concider they used cheap provider. Not suitable for who work mostly using wifi connection. and i was freaking feel like prisons, it useless to stay in the nice room but wifi so bad and i felt so frustrating.
