★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here twice in the morning before 7am. The first with a reservation, the second without a reservation. Both are served quickly and the results of the check were sent by email on the same day. Staff service is good and fast. Tight C19 protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having an antigen test here, booking thru Klook, their receptionist looks confuse how to redeemed thru Klook. Took a bit some times, around 30 mins, luckily I’m not in a rush. But it can be better if they can make it faster. How come they open booking site thru a third party app but don’t know how to use it. Test took just a few minutes, and the result showed in PeduliLindungi very quick, less than an hour. Place is good, strategic in a main Kelapa Gading area. Service so so. Hygiene is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take a quick look this lab when pass by the main road of boulevard kelapa gading, so decide to having antigent / pcr test here, cause already well known, my family regularly having a test at this lab.. I came at 6 pm, there are 2 person queueing outside the door, while there are some customer inside.. Which is very slow service for my opinion it not move around more than 15 minutes. There are no staff/security welcoming at the front area.. The positive thing only, their cleanliness, neat and hygiene location, also their rate price economically good
