★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan super buruk. Kerjanya lama padahal nasabah cm 1 saya doang waktu sy masuk. Pengetahuan kurang banget, ditanya apa2 ga bs jawab dengan pasti.
Parahnya saya mau SKN dan sudah tulis di slip tujuan bank penerima, tapi salah transfer dengan alasan mereka "bank yg sy tulis tidak ada di daftar mereka". Tapi ya kenapa ga confirm tp main proses aja ke bank yg namanya mendekati apa yang sy tulis. Parah bgt. Itu juga ketauan krn sy follow up.
Not recommended. Awalnya ragu mau tutup rekening. Sekarang mantap 100% lgsg tarik full dana.

 Super bad service. It works for a long time, even though my CM 1 customer only comes in. Very inadequate knowledge, asked anything, can't answer with certainty.
Worse, I wanted an SKN and it had written it on the recipient bank's destination slip, but the transfer was wrong because they were "the bank I wrote was not on their list". But yes, why don't you just confirm playing the process to a bank whose name is close to what I wrote. Really bad. It was also discovered because I was following up.
Not recommended. Initially, I was hesitant to close my account. Now steady 100% lgsg withdraw full funds.
