β β β β β Small supermarket but good variety of stuff and good quality meats. They also have good selection of sushi and bento that used to be discounted 50% after 7pm but due to ppkm they dont give it anymore. But good place for a quick grocery shopping

β β β β β so far is good, just the place little bit small, and some customers throws tissues in agemono plastic box that used to preheat the food (the staff maybe forgot to rechecked it), for food that we can buy it, sadly they have no place for visitors to taste it (like small waiting room, maybe its designed only for apartment tenant and people take away only food), its will be more helpful if they had staff stand by to help people whom never visit there for guiding)

β β β β β Exquisite small japanese supermarket that sells really great fresh produce. The meats and fish are excellent. You can get discounts on most of the food items sold after 7 pm.

β β β β β One of my fave Korean-Japanese supermarket!! Love all the products, especially sauces and fresh products. Should check their fresh dressings in the chiller, i thing only Papaya provide those dressings. And try some sushi/sashimi and Don, it was awesome!

β β β β β The supermarket to visit for your Japanese food supplies in Jakarta for Japanese seasonings, condiments, sauces, and snacks. My favorite part of the market is their prepared food section which has legit Japanese food selections: from sushi, katsu, to rice meals.
There is no dedicated bike parking section, unfortunately, so what I did is to find a lonely tree (there are few trees within the parking area), and tie my bike to the tree. You may need two cable locks (or one long cable lock) to do this, but better be safe than sorry.
Anyway, despite the bike hassle, it's always a good experience shopping here! It kind of help me cure with the travel blues (oh I miss Japan so much).

β β β β β I genuinely adore this place, as I went here often cuz it was close from my office. It has a wide selection of stuff that I can't really get in local markets, especially some fine Japanese stuff. It also has a huge amount of beers, so I definitely pick some up every other week. The people here are genuinely amazing and the place itself always gives me a comfortable shopping experience. Bonus, every day at 7 or 8, there'll be 50% discount of the perishable food like sushi, sashimi, fried stuff and fruits. Other than the prices to be slightly higher, it is genuinely amazing.

β β β β β Over priced, zero service, and did I mention how insanely over priced it is? Stopped at the Starbucks here which only had sandwiches. Never heard of Papaya before. Was nearly empty, never a good sign. Grabbed some over priced sushi and wet back to enjoy. They use the world's smallest Kikkoman soy packets, had to go back to grab another packet. The have zero out to get, but they will sell you small yellow packets for 1k. Note the small yellow packets have at least twice the soy as the packets included. All other places like this I have been you could just grab an extra pack since you are paying thru the nose for mediocre sushi..not here. When I was asking for help on this everyone was pointedly ignoring me. Won't be back. Will get my insanely over priced sushi somewhere else. Oh on the positive the place was clean.
