★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and warmed venue. A lot of expatriats live here, especially Japanese and Korean Clean and great views. It is very convinient. It is closed, because they are in great area to reach somewhere. Love to live here oneday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a visitor to one of their tenants, I have to say that their parking area is quite limited, finding a parking spot is quite hard. Although I guess this is because they have small selection but good restaurant and shops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an apartment with lots of Japanese and other expats as tenants. It has a convenience store, hair salon, bakery, an all IDR 25K merchandise store, a Japanese restaurant and a Starbucks cafè on its ground floor. Parking can be quite tough especialy Fridays and weekends. It used to accept cash for parking payment, but now only accepts e-money. 2 ATMs are located on the floor above.
