Maaf ya terpaksa saya berikan bintang 2, kami kecewa dg pelayanan hari ini terkait pendftaran. Kami seperti di "umbar" tanpa kepastian yg hampir 3jam kalo kami g aktif bertanya mgkin kami g diproses,, ceritanya adl bbrp hri sebelumnya bapak periksa dipoli dan divonis utk oprasi dan harus mondok, tp karna ketersediaan kamar kosong, maka bapak diedukasi utk plg dulu sambil nunggu ketersediaan kamar. Bbrp hari setelah kami periksa kami mdpt kabar via wa utk ke rs minggu masuk opname dg syarat membawa hasil PCR dan Ag. Tnp ada pemberitahuan yg lain di wa tersebut. Pada hari H yaitu minggu kami ke rs dan sampai pendftran kami diterima oleh kary berbaju putih hitam. Dan kami disuruh menunggu,,, menunggu hingga kurleb 1jam kami tdk ada tindakan akhirnya kami memustuskan utk konfirm ke pndftrn, bru stlh kami konfirm ada panggilan dari poli, entah gimana alurnya kok mau opname periksa kepoli dulu (bingung). Setelah itu bapak diminta ke lab dan rontg disini kami diedukasi ke ranap nnti hasil kami sampaikan ke perawat, oke kami menunggu diluar lagi. Setelah hampir 2jam kami manunggu tanpa kepastian kami memutuskan utk bertanya dan ternyata jawaban pendftran adalah sgt tdk sinkron dg wa ke kami utk opname. Lalu kami memutuskan utk bertanya ke poli mll perawat poli kami dijelaskan alur yg saat menjawab pun perawat sampai terbataΒ² yg menjelaskan. Bukan bagaimana tpi kami butuh koordinasi mengenai pelayanan bukan sbg pasien kami diterlantarkan (sampai mau sholat saja kami tunda,tkut kalo nnti bapak dipanggil oleh perawat) tpi pada waktu menunggu kami juga merasa aneh krn pasien bru yg regist setelah bapak sdh sampe masuk ranap sdgkan bpk masih diluar yg entah kami menunggu apa jg g paham. Kami kecewa dg kejadian hari ini, kami merasa diterlantarkan. Krn posisi kami sdh membawa rujukan opname kok dilayani seperti pasien pertama kali periksa dipoli. Dibalik kekecewaan kami, kami ucapkan terimakasih pd Zn. Yeni yg sdh menjelaskan kpd kami shg bpk segera ditangani. Smg tdk ada kejadian ulang sprti ini lagi kami percaya pelayanan panti rini luarbiasa dan bukan kali pertama juga kami ranap disini, utk pendftran mohon ditingkatkan komunikasi (ketika info lewat wa berikanlah info yg jelas) dan pelayanannya. Semoga pantirini terus mamberikan pelayanan yg luar biasa??
Sorry, I have to give 2 stars, we are disappointed with today's service regarding registration. We are like "umbar" without certainty for almost 3 hours if we are not active asking maybe we won't be processed, the story is that a few days before, you checked in at the police and was sentenced for surgery and had to stay overnight, but because of the availability of empty rooms, you were educated to go back first while waiting for room availability. A few days after we checked, we got news via WA to go to the hospital Sunday to be hospitalized on condition that we bring the PCR and Ag results. There is no other notification in the wa. On the D day, which is Sunday, we went to the hospital and until our registration was received by a worker in black and white clothes. And we were told to wait,,, wait for about 1 hour we didn't take any action. Finally, we decided to confirm with the PNDFTRN, then after we confirmed there was a call from the police. After that, you were asked to go to the lab and x-ray here, we were educated at the meeting, later we conveyed the results to the nurse, okay, we waited outside again. After almost 2 hours of waiting without certainty we decided to ask and it turned out that the registration answer was very out of sync with wa to us for hospitalization. Then we decided to ask the poly mll, our poly nurse explained the flow, which even when the nurse answered, the nurse stammered who explained. It's not how, but we need coordination regarding services, not as patients we are neglected (until we want to pray we will postpone it, afraid that later you will be called by the nurse) but while waiting we also feel strange because the new patient who has registered after you have arrived at the meeting, while Mr. still outside, we don't know what we're waiting for. I don't understand. We are disappointed with today's events, we feel abandoned. Because our position has brought hospitalization referrals, how come they are served like a patient for the first time checking in at the police. Behind our disappointment, we thank Zn. Yeni, who has explained to us so that you can handle it immediately. Hopefully there won't be a repeat like this again, we believe the services of the Rini orphanage are extraordinary and it's not the first time we've also worked here, for registration, please improve communication (when info is via wa, please provide clear information) and service. I hope that the nursing home will continue to provide excellent service??

Anak sy lairan disini kebetulan Caesar, dan menurut sy pelayanan dr bidan dokter dan perawat smua bgs dan sesuai prosedur, ada seorg perawat yg super ramah sy lupa namanya, mksh ibu bidan seingat sy rambutnya ikal sebahu Krn pas beliau plg tnpa baju perawat St liat rambutnya..mksh y Bu atas pelayanan nya, mksh pihak RS yg sdh sesuai dgn kemauan pasien
My son was born here by chance, Caesar, and according to me the services from the midwife, doctors and nurses are all good and according to the procedure, there is a nurse who is super friendly I forgot his name, thanks to the midwife as I remember her hair was shoulder-length curls because when she came back without a nurse's dress, I saw her hair ..thanks ma'am for the service, thanks to the hospital for being in accordance with the patient's wishes

Having a medical appointment with the docter at mid day is the best time. I found out that it's quiet, peacefully n of course the atmosphere is more friendly as a result, people are more relax despite of their health issues. Happy New Year esp for Medical Staffs! Stay healthy n happy!
