Kira" syaratnya apa aja ya ke klinik untuk PCR,dan hasilnya keluar berapa jam ya mba/mas ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pertama yg sangat tidak memuaskan, mau ambil hasil PCR anak2 dijanjiin jam8 malam, udh dibelain datang pas hujan deres2nya bawa dua bocil, suruh nunggu, sdh ditungguin lama masih disuruh nunggu dgn alasan server eror,, Knp g ada konfirmasi sebelumnya? Buat apa diminta cantumin nomor tlp??? Oiya, mau masuknya buka sendiri loh, berkali2 bilang permisi g ada yg nyaut, nyari bel jg g ada,, Silahkan komunikasinya diperbaiki, konfirmasi, sdh diluangkan waktu tp dapatnya php, itu sangat mengecewakan!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya g jelas dan g profesional, kepotong pas jam istirahat g masalah sih, katanya buka lgi jam 13.00, pas udah jam 13.15 jga belom buka sama sekali, pdhal di dlm karyawan ngobrol ketawa haha hihi sdgkan dluar ydah banyak yg antri. Minta tolong utk pelayanan nya diperbaiki, kalo memang buka jam 13.00 y harusnya ontime. Kasian udah banyak yg antri sdgkan banyak pegawai yg asik ngobrol ddlm ruangan sampe ketawanya terdengar jelas.
The service is not clear and unprofessional, it's not a problem when it's time to break, it's not a problem, they say it's open again at 13.00, it's already 13.15 and it's not open at all, even though the employees are chatting and laughing, haha, while outside there are already many queuing up. Ask for help to fix the service, if it's open at 13.00 it should be ontime. It's a pity that there are already a lot of people queuing, while there are many employees who are cool to chat in the room until the laughter can be heard clearly.
