The price has gone up a bit but it's the best when it comes to taste..
From those at PIM, PP is always full and there is a waiting list if you want to dine in..

The foods are kind of disappointing. Overpriced, with underperforming flavor.
Had a Mozzarella Chicken Pancake (though initially i ordered Waffle, i got pancake instead), and you can barely taste the cheese. The pancake's dry. Which messes up with the balance of the plate.
The best thing we had is the drink really. Their signature Earl Grey Milk Tea is a must to try.
