Gak2 lgmakan di sini seenak apa sih makan di sini biasa aja tuh masih banyak makanan yg lebih enak pelayan ramah pelayan macam apa suruh cansel aja makanan nunggu berjam2 minumna 2liter habis pecat semua pelayan klo gak mau sepiiiii!!!!!!!
Grab org yg baru DTG di sampe dh dilayani semua alesan nggu Susi lama Ampe berjam2 gitu yg samping gw baru DTG mesen Susi jg pecat aja semua gak bener pelayan lu!!!!!!!!
 Just fire all the employees, your restaurant is quiet for a long time, you have waiters like that!!!!!! It's okay to eat here as good as it is, eating here is normal, there's still a lot of food that's better, friendly waiters, what kind of waiters order to cancel the food, wait for hours, drink 2 liters, fire all the waiters if you don't want to be lonely!!!!!!!!
Grab people who have just DTG arrived and have been served all the reasons for bothering old Susi. For hours, the one beside me, just ordered DTG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makan disini skrg sudah pake qr barkot buku menunya. Jujur aja pelayanannya gk 100% melayani. Tolong jika ada pembeli yg masuk, layani dulu biar pembelinya gk bingung. Menurut saya juga karyawannya kurang jd ada yg double jobdesk.
Eating here now using the QR Barkot menu. Honestly, the service is not 100% serving. Please, if there are buyers who come in, serve first so that the buyers are not confused. I also think the employees are lacking so there are double job desks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ampunn 2x kesini ternyata pelayanannya sam aja, ga berubah-berubah, lelet bangeeett makanan baru keluar kurang lebih 1 jam utk makanan pertama dan makanan kedua sama lamanya... hadeeuhh. Saya pikir pas pertama saya kesini memang karna ramai jd lama eh pas ke 2x kesini tkp not too crowd aah tp lamanya sama aja, ga ngerti apa yg salah. Ichiban lain all good, hanya disini aja yg lelet seperti ini
Sorry, 2 times here, it turns out that the service is the same, it doesn't change, it's really slow, the food just came out for about 1 hour for the first meal and the second meal was the same... hadeeuhh. I thought the first time I came here it was because it was crowded so it took a long time, but when I came here the second time, it wasn't too crowded, but it took the same amount of time, I don't know what went wrong. The other Ichibans are all good, only here it's slow like this

Hotplate ramennya enak nih pake kani fried crispy gitu. Klo aneka sushinya enak2 semua lah, boleh coba yg california roll, spicy chicken or crispy2 sushi yg salmon gitu.

The ramen hotplate is delicious with crispy fried kani. If the variety of sushi is delicious, you can try the California roll, spicy chicken or the salmon crispy sushi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ichiban sushi disini pelayanannya jelek banget. Pesan 5 jenis makanan, keluar 4, menunggu 1 jenis makanan lagi ngga keluar keluar smp 1 jam menunggu, laparpun hilang! Ketika ditanya kata waitressnya sudah disajikan, adeuuhhhh emosi jiwa. Supervisornya dengan wajah tak bersalah bilang yang salah waitressnya karena salah antar ke tamu yang lain. Saling lempar kesalahan. Tolong dong manajemen Ichiban Sushi Transmart Cibubur diperhatikan lagi SDM nya khususnya Supervisornya. Bad Service! Maaf.
Ichiban sushi here the service is really bad. Ordered 5 types of food, came out 4, waited for 1 more type of food, didn't come out until 1 hour of waiting, the hunger was gone! When asked if the waitress said it had been served, the emotion of the soul was adeuuhhhh. The supervisor with an innocent face said that it was the waitress' fault because it was wrong to deliver to other guests. Blame each other. Please, the management of Ichiban Sushi Transmart Cibubur, pay attention to the HR, especially the supervisor. Bad Service! Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x makan disini selalu kecewa... Pernah take away, sudah di bayar, tapi setelah menunggu, menu yg sudah dibayar di bilang habis. Padahal sudah menunggu lama. Dan hari ini pesan makanan, sashimi dan cuka karage tamago sushi sufah 1 jam ga keluar2..fishcake, katsu roll tetep ga keluar2,padahal pesen tambahan chickenkatsu hotplate malah keluar duluan, ternyata meja sebelah2 jg pada kesel nunggu pesenan ga dateng2. Padahal tempat ga penuh....
Semoga management bisa memperbaiki hal ini, krn sy makan ichiban di tempat lain tidak separah ini layanannya

Hopefully the management can fix this, because I eat Ichiban elsewhere, the service is not this bad
