★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fluffy cake is very soft and so delicious wether you like it sweet or salted. I ordered whole wheat fluffy cake combined with chicken katsu and egg. The salad is fresh and has various vegetables. The mozzarella is melted with the Fluffy cake tops, it's so delicious. My kids order original fluffy cake, served with whipped cream and ice cream. The original is more soft than the whole wheat version combine with sweet from the cream and ice cream it's so good as desert.

First video is the original souffle pancake, as you can see, it JIGGLES.
I really like eating it without the honey tbh, just the souffle pancake itself or with ice cream. IT MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH LITTERALLY.
Second video is the Chizu boba souffle pancake. It has cream cheese and boba as topping (boba must be added by yourself). IT ALSO JIGGLES YAYAYAYAY. It tastes also good, and also melts in your mouth, but I simply like the original better. But @mettsardw said this one is better because she really like the cream cheese and boba. I think it's just a matter of preference...... we both do agreed that THE PANCAKE ITSELF IS YUMMY AND FLUFFY AND JIGGLY AND.... MELTS IN OUR MOUTH.
Third video is the making of jiggly souffle pancake.
On to the last pic, it's the savory souffle pancake. Surprisingly VERY SATISFYING. We were waiting in line for about 1 hour and we thought "we should also order something else beside the pentolan menu lah supaya no rugi rugi amat uda ngantri" and we come up with this, no expectation at all. And you know what, the wheat souffle pancake itself is DELICIOUS. The chicken is juicy, savory and crunchy, not just... crusts/tepung. Mushrooms on the small plate is also worth mentioning, delicious. The omelete was quite so so but adds up to the munch we need in a savory dish. Their salad is surprisingly fresh, with a nice dressing.
Overall, if you really curious about souffle pancake, would like to taste for once, this is worth the wait. Totally. (Otherwise you wouldn't want to sacrifice you time, do you?)
The sweet dishes has just the right amount of sweetness in the pancake itself, as for the extra sauces you can pour them down and adjust by yourself! As for the savory, also worth trying if you're not into the sweet stuffs. They got a really good wheat pancake, and it stuffs your belly (if you ate everything in the plate).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried souffle pancake first in Korea and was in love at first bite. Sadly it was too pricey (around IDR 150k) and I was glad to find that we had another cheaper options like here in Pan&Co!
It was not packed when I went here. I tried the pancake with banan caramel. I expected the banana to be flambe' type but it was deep fried in a batter and so thick. However since the banana is sweet and perfectly ripe, I had no further comment.
All I can suggest is to add additional topping to add to the pancakes. The pancake is great, so I had no objection.
