★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerbangnya udah mesti direnov tuh. Agak tertutup pohon pula, sehingga membuat orang tidak menyadari gerbangnya. Palm residence merupakan kompleks hunian yang terdiri dari beberapa rumah. Di dekat situ ada minimarket, klinik, dan berbagai warung makanan.
Palm residence juga relatif dekat dengan pintu keluar tol Pondok Gede. Akses ke Jatiwaringin atau Kalimalang juga mudah dan dapat ditempuh dalam waktu yang cukup singkat.
The gate has to be renovated. It's a bit covered in trees too, so people don't notice the gate. Palm residence is a residential complex consisting of several houses. Nearby there are minimarkets, clinics, and various food stalls.
Palm residence is also relatively close to the Pondok Gede toll exit. Access to Jatiwaringin or Kalimalang is also easy and can be reached in a fairly short time.
