★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang ramah. Dokter kurang informatif, tidak menjelaskan sakit yg di derita apa. Setelah tensi langsung disuruh keluar. Nada bicara tinggi. Obatnya tidak komplit.
Service is not friendly. The doctor is not informative, does not explain what pain he is suffering from. After the tension was immediately told to come out. High voice. The medicine is not complete.

Tidak di periksa apa apa , cuma di tensi darah sama suruh mangap, dan labgsung suruh keluar dengan nada tidak pantas seorang perawat, , miris sekali pelayanan kesehatan seperti ini, padahal saya bayar bukan pengguna BPJS

Nothing was checked, only on blood pressure and told to breathe, and immediately told to come out in an inappropriate tone of a nurse, it's sad that health services like this, even though I paid not a BPJS user

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini ada 2 dokter.. yg satu dokternya baik dan ramah bgt.. dr. Chica namanya.. ini dokternya baik sangat.. tp yg satu dokter lg.. duh ga ramah sama sekali dan cenderung jutex.. masa ya org kan lg sakit tp ngomongnya ga ramah gt sm pasien. Tolong bu dokter diperbaiki pelayanannya. Ktnya dokter tp bukan mencerminkan dokter sm sekali.
There are 2 doctors here.. one doctor is very kind and friendly.. dr. Chica's name is Chica.. this doctor is very good.. but the other doctor.. duh, not friendly at all and tends to be jutex. Please, doctor, improve the service. It looks like a doctor, but it doesn't reflect the doctor at all.
