★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mukenanya bersih cuma jumlahnya ga banyak sih. Di drpan masjid banyak jajanan. Jadi kalo bawa anak kecil dan rewel bisa diajak jajan sampe kekenyangan agar supaya tidak rewel. But make sure to keep the mosque clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering mampir ke Masjid ini terutama ketika pulang kerja, selain mudah aksesnya masjid ini memiliki parkir yang luas. Kebersihan masjid ini sekarang sudah cukup baik. Tempat wudhu laki-laki dan perempuan dipisah begitu juga dengan kamar mandi laki-laki dan wanita. Jika gedung pertemuan sedang digunakan parkir akan penuh.

Bagi warga desa Palbapang terlebih warga dusun Karasan menjadi sebuah masjid kebanggaan, sempat moncher (Banyak yang berjamaah (warga luar dusun) sholat tarawih dan shubuh pada bbulan Ramadhan di tahun 80-90an) dibangun sekitar tahun 1975 masih kokoh berdiri hingga di tahun 2020. Sempat diguncang gempa dasyat di tahun 2006, tapi tetap tegar berdiri, hanya bagian tembok yang mengalami keretakan saja, dan setelah dilakukan perbaikan.
Dan diujung tahun 2020/awal 2021, dilakukan renovasi, dengan rancang bangun yang sangat apik dan berlantai dua, banggaran sekitar 1,3 milyar (cmiiw) Progress pembangunan-kembali masjid Al Husna saat ini (Oktober 2021) sampai pada tahap pengecoran atap lantai dua. Dan masih membutuhkan kucuran dana, nah bagi siapa saja kaum Muslim yang ingin mendonasikan dana guna rampungnya renovasi silahkan dana di kirim pada nomor rekening yang ada di foto, atau ingin membantu dengan wujud material bisa menghubungi panitia nya yang juga ada difoto. Bisa jadi inilah saatnya anda beramal jariyah, menabung untuk akhirat, membangun istana di surga kelak, berapapun, apapun bantuan anda akan sangat berarti.
Meskipun masjid ini berada di lingkungan Balai Desa/ Kalurahan Palbapang, akan tetapi dikelola sepenuhnya oleh warga, warga dusun Karasan. Dimakmurkan utama untuk shalat Jum'at dan sholat berjamaah lima waktu. Karena berada di pinggir jalan (jl. Srandakan), masjid ini sejak dulu menjadi andalan sebagai masjid 'ampiran', banyak yang mampir sholat disini, baik pulang bekerja maupun sedang bepergian.
