Pelayanan buruk MasΒ² tukang tensi di ruang periksa dr.Ngatwanto pagi ini 13 april 2022 sekitar pukul 9 ,ada masalah opo to kok bentak bapak dan suami saya ?bulan puasa kok gak sabaran ngelayanin pasien . Ingat anda itu dibayar juga dari uang pasien . jangan pikir kita gratis pakai BPJS ,kita pasien umum . untuk satpamnya helpful banget ramah . semoga bapak saya lekas sembuh dan gak balik kesini lagi
Bad service, Mas2 tension workers in dr. Ngatwanto's examination room this morning, April 13, 2022, at around 9 o'clock, what's the problem, why are you yelling at my father and husband? Don't think we are free to use BPJS, we are general patients. the security guard is very friendly and helpful. I hope my father gets well soon and doesn't come back here again

Saya ke sini karena problem kalau konsumsi sesuatu memicu batuk. Hanya karena makanan tertentu. Saya penasaran sebenernya kenapa. Personally sangat sangat sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan di Respira. Saya sudah komplain juga tapi tidak ada penjelasan sama sekali kenapa seaneh itu pelayanannya. Hasil rontgen tidak dijelaskan, sebelum hasil keluar sudah diarahkan nebus obat. Parahnya lagi di bagian nebus obat ibuk ibuk yg jaga malah nanya ke saya mau ambil obat apa saja dan berapa banyak. Lah mana saya tahu, sakit apa aja gak dikasih tahu, obatnya apa juga sudah tertulis di kertas dari dokter. Eh malah ditawarin mau ambil berapa banyak. Saya nanya "lah saya butuhnya emang konsumsi apa aja dan berapa banyak" jawabannya juga tidak jelas. Bagian pengambilan hasil rontgen saya sampai nunggu berjam jam, karena tertulis kalau tidak salah ingat sekitar 2 jam baru ready di situ ada yg jaga tapi malah gak jelas fungsinya. I mean, daripada petugasnya ngantuk ngantuk di situ gak jelas tugasnya mending sekalian info kalau si hasil rontgen udah ready. Masalahnya yg nunggu tinggal saya kenapa gak diinfo gitu kalau udah ready, pas mendekat juga didiemin aja. Catatan: saya periksa di sini kemarin sebagai pasien umum (saya kurang tau ada beda atau gak sama pasien bpjs harusnya gak ada) Oh iya di sana juga ramai banget. Dan nomor pengaduan juga hanya aktif sebelum jam 12 siang tepat setelah itu pesan saya baru dibalas lagi besoknya dengan alasan hanya aktif di jam kerja. Jam kerjanya cuman setengah hari? Komplain selebihnya sudah saya sampaikan langsung ke pengaduan. Saya juga bilang terserah komplain hanya ditampung saja buat pepak pepak atau mau ada perbaikan. Yang jelas di sini saya sekadar mengutarakan kekecewaan. For your info, setelah komplain saya malah ditawarin untuk ngambil tumbler sebagai wujud apresiasi. Maksudnya apa coba. Saya gak butuh tumbler saya butuhnya penjelasan terkait keanehan yg saya alami. Akhirnya hasil rontgen saya dibacakan di rumah sakit lain.
I came here because of the problem that consuming something triggers a cough. Just because of certain foods. I'm really curious why. Personally very very very disappointed with the service at Respira. I have complained too but there is no explanation at all why the service is that weird. The X-ray results were not explained, before the results came out, they were directed to redeem the drug. Worse yet, at the redeeming section, the mother who took care of it even asked me what medicine to take and how much. How would I know, what kind of illness was not told, what medicine was written on the paper from the doctor. Eh even offered how much to take. I asked "what do I need and how much do I need?" the answer is also not clear. The part of taking the X-ray results I waited for hours, because it was written, if I remember correctly, it took about 2 hours to be ready, there was someone guarding it but it was not clear what the function was. I mean, rather than the staff being sleepy there, it's not clear what their job is, it's better if the X-ray is ready. The problem is that I'm just waiting, why wasn't I informed that when it's ready, when it's close, I just ignore it. Note: I checked here yesterday as a general patient (I don't know if there is a difference or not with BPJS patients, there shouldn't be any) Oh yes, it's very crowded there too. And the complaint number is also only active before 12 noon right after that my message was just replied to the next day with the reason that it is only active during working hours. Working hours only half a day? I have submitted the rest of the complaints directly to the complaint. I also said that it's up to the complaint to only be accommodated for pepak pepak or if there are improvements. What is clear here is that I am simply expressing disappointment. For your info, after complaining, I was even offered to take the tumbler as a form of appreciation. What do you mean try? I don't need a tumbler, I need an explanation regarding the weirdness I'm experiencing. Finally my X-ray was read at another hospital.

Alhamdulillah ibu saya sudah selesai pengobatan dan sembuh dari sakit TB di RS ini. Matur nuwun dr. Diana dan dr. Tri Setiana. Rumah sakit tipe C, membaca sejarahnya ternyata peralihan dari BP4, berubah menjadi RS Paru sejak tahun 2015. Antrian obat BPJS mmg lama, tp tdk selama salah satu RS Swasta di depan mol Jogja. Setelah saya tanyakan ke petugas karena perlu verifikasi obat yg tercantum di bpjs. Petugas ada yg ramah ada yg kurang ramah (mgkn krn lelah atau ada masalah ?). Doa saya semoga RS Paru Respira mampu menjadi sahabat yang srsunggihnya unyuk masyarakat dan pegawainya. Mendukung sesama untuk meningkatkan derajat kesrhatan warga jogja dan sekitarnya. Tetap semangat menebar manfaat.

Type C hospital, reading its history, it turns out that the transition from BP4, changed to a Pulmonary Hospital since 2015. The queue for BPJS drugs is long, but not as long as one of the private hospitals in front of the Jogja mole. After I asked the officer because I needed to verify the drugs listed on the BPJS. Some officers are friendly, some are less friendly (maybe because they are tired or there are problems ). My prayer is that Respira Lung Hospital will be able to become a true friend to the community and its employees. Supporting others to increase the degree of health of the residents of Jogja and its surroundings. Keep the spirit of spreading the benefits.

Saya penasaran, ini apa benar Rumah Sakit khusus paru? Kenapa tidak memperhatikan hal sepenting ini? Mesin Outdoor AC dipasang didalam ruangan ditempat dimana para pasien duduk mengantri. Saya sungguh tidak habis pikir dengan hal ini. Segera perbaiki kebodohan ini yaa, sebelum berita ini sampai ke YLKI, PERSI atau IDI.
I'm curious, is this really a special pulmonary hospital? Why not pay attention to something as important as this? The Outdoor AC machine is installed in the room where the patients are sitting in line. I really have no idea about this. Immediately fix this stupidity, before this news reaches YLKI, PERSI or IDI.

Khusus untuk apotek tolong lah kinerja di percepat antrian lama sekali padahal ini udah di kritik dari lama sekali tapi tidak ada tindakan dan sampai numpuk begitu ada yg harus berdiri ...katanya prokes lihat itu berkrumun .dan juga tolong lah di fooging nyamuk di sana nyamuk nya banyak banget kan ga lucu datang ke rumah sakit malah kena penyakit..dan juga panas tanpa fasilitas kipas angin lah minimal ...perbaiki lah ..tolong pliss ... Dan tolong siapin satpam buat nyebrangin mobil di depan kan ada 2 satpam salah 1 buat nyebrangin karena raman kecelakaan ....
