★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya memperoleh kamar yg kurang nyaman, tepatnya kamar nomor 104 di lantai 1 karena sinyal wifi lemot sekali dan di kamar mandi bunyinya nyaring sangat menganggu. Namun, penjaganya baik dan ramah dengan telaten memberikan saya kamar lain untuk ditempati, sabar juga menghadapi saya yang pada awalnya seringkali memanggil masnya untuk meminta bantuan. Setelah itu saya pindah ke kamar 108 yg walaupun ukurannya lebih kecil, tapi lebih nyaman dan wifinya lebih kencang. Hanya saja secara keseluruhan, kamar yg saya dapatkan tidak sesuai dgn yg ada pada display app OYO.

Initially getting a room that was less comfortable, precisely room number 104 on the 1st floor because the wifi signal was very slow and in the bathroom the loud noise was very disturbing. However, the kind and kind guard who painstakingly gave me another room to live in, was patient with me who at first often called his mas to ask for help. After that I moved to room 108 which, although smaller in size, was more comfortable and the wifi was firmer. It's just that overall, the room I got didn't match the one on the OYO app display.

Showernya mati.
Nggak ada mineral water & password wifi di kamar, harus extra effort tanya kalau mau. Padahal di hotel lain udah pasti ready di kamar.
Check in & check out harus extra sabar, reception nya nggak professional, nggak ramah.
Dirty wardrobe not maintained.
The shower is off.
There is no mineral water & wifi password in the room, you have to make extra effort to ask if you want. Even though in other hotels it is definitely ready in the room.
Check in & check out must be extra patient, the reception is not professional, not friendly.
