★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meeting room we had event so small, and looks like has been unused for a long time. The AC not working properly, the attic was too low and made us feel uncomfortable. Compare with the main ballroom, fatmawato room was so uncomfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ located in a strategic location. can be reached by large vehicles such as buses, although the road is not too wide. close to UNY campus, if you have agenda in this campus. close to the main mosque of UNY campus, and minimarket next door. the parking is quite spacious and beautiful in my opinion. has a very nice room for the deluxe type, but not with a standard type room. this room is really ordinary. sometimes the toilets are slippery and the musholla is a bit smelly. if you want to pray in jama'ah or shalat jumu'ah (friday prayer) just walk on foot across the street. has good restaurants and good food. some facilities need refurbishment and more attention. it costs moderate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there not to stay for a night but to attend a one-day workshop on PKM. The hotel isn't quite spacy and there are definitely not a lot numbers of rooms but I think it's good enough. It provides an easy access to universities, malls, and shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room, clean, and location of this hotel is inside the university, near convenient store, and main street. The food also good ?? affordable price and I highly recommend this hotel for university/school event with not too big scale .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The occupancy rate is low probably because it is inside campus area so it is crowded only when there are special occasions like graduation or seminars. It's quiet, which I like but I had issues with at least two toilets here, one in the room and another in the conference room. Nevertheless, the staff was helpful and they addressed the problem quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'm here to attend a conference in the small to medium sized room. the covid 19 protocol is pretty good. they're packed every spoon-fork and other utensil. hand sanitizers are everywhere. the food and snack taste are good as well. the toilet is clean. but i come at the 2nd floor toilet at noon and found that the bin are still full of napkins. the mushola is so dark and tiny
