★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was feeling very Disappointed , when first time i visited my colleague here at 22.00, security guard insisted me to put my id card on his table and i should took a visitor ID. I never find another apartments in Jakarta as make a regulation like this, this is an apartment not a hotel.Does the crime so high in your apartment?!This residence has a good facility, good view swimming pool and lake view,but this is not a resort.And this residence isn't even typically a high end residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view of the apartment is nice. The location is reachable..even with public transport. However, i dislike the maintenance of the room. It's dusty and not so clean. There is also parking fee.

The staff was helpful even the security was so nice to me. .The shower and bidet was broken on my room, even the shower are not functioning enough so I need to configure it before using. The floor was slippery and I didn't get any amenities, I only get one piece of towel. The bed was a little bit noisy too. Thankfully the bedsheets was quite okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot water is available. Theres a balcony and shower. But about clean, its not recomended. Theres a towel and bath things like soap when you ask it.
