Penginapan dengan service TERBURUK. Untuk fasilitas kamar dengan harga dibawah 200k sih lumayan lah. - Ada kasur queen, 2 bantal, meja kecil samping kasur - Kamar mandi nya bersih tapi agak bau. Bisa shower air hangat. Dapat handuk, sikat gigi, odol, sabun batang kecil, tidak ada shampoo. - Di tiket.com harusnya free air mineral tapi tidak disediakan Dan yang paling mengecewakan service nya. Mau ngasih bintang 1 sebenernya. Karena bagi saya, usaha bidang jasa itu yang utama ya service nya. - Awal datang, gak ada customer service di meja resepsionis - Setelah menunggu, cs nya datang, duduk aja di kursi nya, tanpa mempersilahkan tampa bertanya keperluan, tanpa minta maaf sudah membuat menunggu. Diem aja. Padahal dia tau kami tamu yg mau check in. - Kami yang memulai duluan untuk bertanya dan konfirmasi untuk check in. - Ekspresi dan cara komunikasi nya tidak ramah sama sekali. Jadi buat yang concern terkait excellent service silakan dipertimbangkan. Karena cukup mengecewakan dan mengesalkan.
Lodging with the WORST service. For room facilities at a price below 200k, it's pretty good. - There is a queen bed, 2 pillows, a small bedside table - The bathroom is clean but a bit smelly. Can shower warm water. Got towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bar soap, no shampoo. - At tiket.com, mineral water should be free but it's not provided And the most disappointing service. I really want to give 1 star. Because for me, the service sector is the main thing, the service. - Early arrival, there is no customer service at the reception desk - After waiting, the cs came, just sat in his chair, without asking without asking for needs, without apologizing for making the wait. Just silence. Even though he knew we were guests who wanted to check in. - We are the ones who start first to ask and confirm to check in. - His expression and way of communication is not friendly at all. So for those who are concerned about excellent service, please consider. Because it is quite disappointing and annoying.

Booked this hotel via reddoorz application and PREPAID. Arrived late night in this property with HORRIBLE SERVICE! 1. The Staff didn’t help us with the parking eventhough we only need to move 1 motorbike a little. WE DID IT OURSELF 2. Proceed to check in the staff didn’t warmly welcome us. So hospitality service = NONE 3. The staff asked to add extra charge because the cheapest rate wasn’t the one that we have been charged for at the apps. (The owner actually received less because of tax or another charges from reddoorz) WHICH IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. 4. The owner mentioned that if we refuse to pay the additional charge then they didn’t want to let us check in and told us to call or email Reddoorz team to cancel or move to another property. 5. Called Reddoorz cs and he spoke to the staff but still the property forced us to pay the extra charges. 6. After almost half an hour we agreed pay the additional because it’s already late however the owner still REJECTED US AND CALLED US β€˜TAMU RESE’ (AWFUL GUEST) 7. Problem was solved by Reddoorz team (thank you for the great telephone costumer service) but not from the property. This is my worst experience ever and won’t recommend anyone to stay at this property!! Thank you for the WORST HOSPITALITY.
