★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was in walking distance to bar-restaurants, cafes and local food markets.nGreat place to get a good taste of local low and middle class people and the upper class on the other side of the river.nA small Indomaret just opposite remaining open until 22:00.nThe staff is very kind and they do their best to serve you, even though they don't speak English.My first room didn't have any window, but I asked and after the first night they moved me to another room with Windows, so it was okay.nThere is a market going on on the street starting early in the morning, so take precautions if you are sensitive to the noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I slept with my friends a night. I had to pay 50.000 IDR as an extra because I booked a room for 3 persons. I like this place due to the spacious room, clean room, and friendly staff. The property inside the room is quite new and many. There is facility that I like the most is water (hot, cold, normal) provided in 2nd floor. While most of low budget hotel used to normal key, this hotel has electrict card as a key to open the room and turning on the electricity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is spacious, clean, and cozy. Very well equipped and the service is nice. My only problem was the air conditioning that didnt work properly and some 5-6 power cuts during the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love our stay at this oyo rooms. Check in was easy. The room was well decorated and clean. Bed are super comfy. Location was superb and extremely near senen and monas as a landmark of Jakarta. Staff were pleasant and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room’s spacious, hot water ok, clean bedroom, wide bathroom, completed with nice furniture, nice view, easy to find the food, safe parking, easy access from anywhere, friendly staff, in front of ind*mart retail so easy to get anything, look like new building, and nice price. Low budget with a high class guesthouse ?? decided to stay until a week because of its homey atmosphere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just done check out from this guest house. You would not expect to get a good experience by checking in to a budget hotel and cheap like this. I was amazed by the tap lock technology of the door for this kinda budget hotel ?. I did not set a high expectation for a 100K cost room, but yeah it was a jow dropping. the things that should be fixed was only the staff who are not friendly at all cost. I am sorry but it is necessary for guest having a good and warm welcome and a good goodbyes.
