★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here 2 days for a vacation since HITC was cancelled and it's non refundable lol. Generally, it was quite nice and worth it for the price, you can find many hotels with the same price but less in services and facilities. The room was decent, bathroom is super clean. I thought I was going to get a balcony but turns out I only get a small window. The bed was quite comfy, though it had stains on the sheets and pillow which bothered me a little. One thing about the bedroom, the side walls were dirty, kinda disappointing. They also don't have full size mirror that I thought would be necessary, the mirror in the bathroom was quite big tho. Breakfast was fine, but the food was not completed when we arrived. Place is quite strategic, right across is the bus stop and it's around 5 minutes from pasar senen train station. Overall a nice stay, 8/10, still would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is pretty nice and still new. But the location is a little bit awkward. If you're not aware you will miss it. Overall it's nice, clean, comfortable, but affordable. The breakfast is quite good but needs more selection. One thing that I'm disappointed is the lack of bellboy. Other than that it is a good choice to stay one or two nights if you would have a really busy day in Jakarta.

This 3 stars hotel has a semi vintage dan theatre concepts for their interior design. With more than 100 rooms and 4 meetings room, this hotel will help the customers with reasonable prices. The foods are quite tasty too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During pandemic, the hotel was really dirty because they reduce their cleaning staffs. The corridor carpet was not even been swept daily, stained and never vaccumed, and used food plates lay in the corridor or long hours even overnight, no cleaning person willing to pick it up, even after I called from my room few times. The room was dusty, towel only 1, smelly & look like old rag. The sink was slow in draining used water and the toilet bowl had brown stain all over. I wish the owner would pay more attention.. I won't go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rivoli Hotel is located in Senen area, very close to Pal Putih Busway stop, it’s right in front of the hotel. From others review, it said it used to be a Cinema then renovated to this Hotel. Basically the hotel room was ok, 7/10, room is clean, but maybe in this pandemic situation, they reduce the cleaning team, bcs the hallway carpet from elevator to the room is a bit dull and a wavy. The room also not really soundproof. And the only turn off for me is their staff was like doesn’t want you there, their security didn’t greet you when opening doors, receptionist staff also didn’t smile at all. The water shower sometimes smelly?. The central AC also not cold. Takes almost an hour to be cold, not really cold. The fridge also doesn’t work. No coffee and tea in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The carpet is very dirty not vacuumed or even swept, dirty bed linen and room floor, hot water didn't work in the morning, parking area is broken. So it is looks like the hotel area is very lack of maintenance, I guess because of pandemic they reduce the cleaning and maintenance staff. From outside hotel area looks shabby, this is very unfortunate because the interior of the room is nice and the bed is quite comfortable, plus the location is very strategic near the busway stop and Atrium Senen.
