★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little bit weird, this property "push" the customer for deposit about Rp 100.000,- meanwhile in my experience through out the nation, OYO property never been charged the deposit for the customer...staff in this property looks "amateur" attitude. Verry noissy in the morning cause this property still doing renovation in several rooms..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ternyata hotel ini masih proses renovasi, jadi banyak banget nyamuk,jgn sering buka pintu, tp bsa pinjem baygon, dpt kmr Lt2 ternyta berisik dr luar/ jlnn terdengar sekali,tp msh bsa tdr kok ? dan di hotel ini tdk ada lift tp pakai tangga, tp kmr palung tinggi cuma lt 3, kamar, seprei,selimut , handuk wangi,, kebetulan sya bw mobil , dan parkiran lg kosong jdi aman markir tdk dsuru pindah2, parkir mobil cuma muat -+6mobil, dkt reseptionis ada aqua galon saya boleh minta air panas untuk syusyu ank ? bole juga buat refil minum ,dsna tdk dpt aqua dkmr, cuma ada sabun cair 1btl kecing. intinya masih lumyan bgt layak hotel ini untuk menginap dan sya dpt hrga 66ribu, makasih oyo ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service in front office is Horrible. Front Office staff has no knowledge about hospitality at all. They didn't smile during check in and check out. I'm asking for late check out until 1.30 pm and they said YES but they didn't notice me that if i want to check out lately, i have to pay extra cost. So they charge me 50.000 for late check out. In other hotel, if you asking for late check out, the front office staff will say okay if the room is available, and that's for free! If the room is not available, they will tell us as a guest that room is not available, and we have to pay extra cost for that, but in this hotel they said okay but they didn't inform us that i have to pay extra.
I reserved the rooms in OYO aplication , and the rooms is including the free wifi , but the Front Office staff said that the wifi in Rooms was not available , they tell lies. They didn't want to tell me about the password . I'm searching the wifi connection in my rooms, and there's the free WIFI titled 'HOTELO LT.3' with strong connection. And know what ? During the check in, i can't check in at 1.45 pm , i have to wait until 2 pm sharp. And in the Bathroom i can't find the bath gel . Horrible.
It's okay if they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrush , but for shower gel ? Oh come on ..
finally i'm asking the housekeeping staff and he gives me bath gel inside the bottle.
