★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siapin mental buat check in di sini . Kaya gk ad penghuni . Horor bgt. Kasian yg indigo kaya gua udh pesen kamar online ngasal aja kapan Dateng gak smpe sejam lgsg check out buat cari tempat lain . Tempatnya kotor bgt. Banyak nyamuk. Pokoknya nggk banget dah.
 Prepare mentally to check in here. Like there are no residents. Horror. Poor indigo like me, I've already ordered a room online, I just don't know when it doesn't arrive until an hour later, check out to find another place. The place is very dirty. Many mosquitoes. Anyway, it's okay.

nyampe sini jam 10 malem katanya dpt kamar di lantai 4, nah baru naik tangga lantai 2 ini firasat uda gaenak auto cari tempat lain
herannya banyak pengunjung yg nginep
maybe those who want to test their guts please stay here wkwk
the place is not well maintained

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut gua ini tempat nyaman pake banget dan suasana yg sunyi, kata orang si serem tapi bagi gua B aja karena itukan bangunan model lama tapi tempatnya oke kok apalagi ada parkirannya, jarang loh hotel hotel murah ada tempat parkiran yang aman. Fiks gua betah dihotel ini???
According to this cave, it's a very comfortable place to use and a quiet atmosphere, said the scary person, but for cave B, it's because it's an old model building but the place is okay, especially when there is parking, it's rare for cheap hotels to have a safe parking space. Fix, I feel at home in this hotel???

1. lobby hotel menuju kamar itu cukup horror karena lampunya redup, sepi dan ini sepertinya bangunan tua.
2. tolong diberi hiasan dinding lagi di lobby hotelnya agar terkesan tidak seperti bangunan terbengkalai, walaupun bersih.
3. tolong beri meja & lemari didalam kamar.
4. jarak antara kasur & tv lumayan jauh
5. ac dingin
6. saluran tv kurang banyak
7. air toilet agak bau seperti sudah lama tidak digunakan
8. toilet kurang bersih, berkerak
9. tidak ada tempat untuk menggantung shower
10. kamar bersih, kasur empuk, sprei, sarung bantal, selimut beraih. hanya saja spreinya tidak tersangkut dikasur, jadi pagi2nya lepas
Pelayanan :
1. resepsionisnya ramah
2. meja resepsionisnya mohon dirapihkan kembali plastik pembatasnya agar lebih enak dipandang
Lokasi :
1. dekat dengan stasiun jakarta kota, kotu, china town, alfamart, & tempat kuliner/belanja lainnya
2. karena ada proyek MRT, jadi jalannya agak memutar jauhhh sekali. saya capek cari jalannya sama teman saya. untung ada bapak petugas proyek yang memberi jalan pintas untuk saya & teman saya.
3. disekeliling nya itu ternyata tempat bekas kerusuhan 1998, jadi nuansanya old banget, banyak etnis tionghoa, banyak makanan pecinan disana, enak banget, seru
Kesimpulan :
1. kalau yang suka suasana hening, ini rekomen banget. untuk yang penakut, ini tidak rekomen untuk kalian. walau tidak ada hal mistis yang terjadi, tapi tetap saja kelihatannta horror karena lampu yang redup, lingkungan yang sepi & bangunan tua.
2. nyaman untuk istirahat, kamar bersih, hanya toiletnya yang perlu dirawat lagi, dibersihkan dan diberi pengharum.
3. tolong beri dekorasi lagi di dalam lobby dan lorong2 hotelnya, saya pesan ini di aplikasi Reddoorz, dengan harga 180-190 ribuan, ini cukup worth it.
Room :
1. the hotel lobby leading to the room was quite horror because the lights were dim, quiet and this looks like an old building.
2. Please add another wall decoration in the hotel lobby so that it doesn't look like an abandoned building, even though it's clean.
3. Please provide a table & cupboard in the room.
4. the distance between the bed & the tv is quite far
5. cold ac
6. TV channels are not many
7. the toilet water smells a bit like it hasn't been used for a long time
8. toilet is not clean, crusty
9. no place to hang shower
10. clean rooms, soft mattresses, sheets, pillowcases, blankets. it's just that the sheets are not stuck in the bed, so in the morning they come off
Service :
1. the receptionist is friendly
2. the reception desk please tidy up the plastic barrier to make it more pleasing to the eye
Location :
1. Close to Jakarta Kota Station, Kotu, China Town, Alfamart, & other culinary/shopping places
2. Because there is an MRT project, the road is a bit detour. I'm tired of looking for a way with my friends. fortunately there was a project officer who gave a shortcut for me & my friend.
3. Around it, it turns out that the place was the former 1998 riots, so the feel is really old, lots of Chinese ethnicity, lots of Chinatown food there, really good, fun
Conclusion :
1. If you like a quiet atmosphere, this is really recommended. for the cowardly, this is not recommended for you. even though nothing mystical happened, but it still looks horror because the lights are dim, the environment is quiet & the building is old.
2. comfortable for resting, clean rooms, only the toilets need to be treated again, cleaned and given fragrance.
3. Please add more decorations in the lobby and hotel hallways, I ordered this on the Reddoorz application, at a price of 180-190 thousand, this is quite worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah ini sih penginapan terparah seumur hidup yang pernah aku alami. Aku udah booking 10 malam untuk nginap di sini, akhirnya nggak jadi nginap, karena saking parahnya.
Minus :
- Bangunan tua
- Kondisi gelap & suram, jadinya terasa horor
- Lift rusak & terbengkalai gitu
- Lantai kamar & dinding kamar kotor
- Kamar bau rokok (sumpah pengin muntah di sana)
- Kamar mandi tidak terlalu buruk, tapi gantungan showernya patah & rusak
- Kunci kamar susah dikuncinya
- Meja resepsionisnya aja kurang meyakinkan, masa ditutupi plastik kusam (kagak niat banget)
- Di depan reddoorz sedang ada perbaikan jalan, ojol suka kebingungan kalau ke situ, apalagi ada plang dilarang masuk.
Plus :
- Cuma dekat sama stasiun jakarta kota, kota tua & glodok, dan daerah situ pokoknya
- AC sih dingin, TV nggak tahu (nggak sempet nonton)
Pokoknya not recommended, masih banyak penginapan murah meriah, dengan kondisi dan fasilitas yang lebih baik.
I swear this is the worst inn in my life that I have ever experienced. I've booked 10 nights to stay here, in the end I didn't stay, because it was so bad.
Cons:
- Old building
- Dark & gloomy conditions, it feels horror
- The elevator is broken & abandoned
- Dirty room floor & room walls
- The room smells of cigarettes (I swear I want to throw up there)
- The bathroom wasn't too bad, but the shower hanger was broken & broken
- Room key is difficult to lock
- The reception desk is not convincing enough, when it's covered in dull plastic (not really intended)
- In front of Reddoorz there is road repair, Ojol likes to get confused when going there, especially when there is a sign prohibited from entering.
Pluses:
- It's just close to the Jakarta Kota station, the old city & Glodok, and the main area there
- AC is cold, TV doesn't know (don't have time to watch it)
Anyway, not recommended, there are still many cheap lodgings, with better conditions and facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman terburuk saat nginep penginapan. Tidak ada lift, sengaja ditaruh di lantai 4, biar naik turun tangga. Pdhl kmr bawahnya banyak yg kosong... Lalu kamarnya bau, spreinya tidak dicuci, ada tai kucing di lorong jg dibiarkan di lt 4 krn mmg tll jauh mungkin ya.. sampah² sengaja ditaruh di dekat tangga turun naik. hotel sales pun ga sekotor ini. Dibayarpun ga mau nginep sini. Walau sudah book tidak bisa retur, ya dibuang lalu nginep di hotel lain. Lalu tidak ada parkir mobil..
Worst experience while staying at the inn. There is no elevator, deliberately placed on the 4th floor, so you can go up and down stairs. Pdhl that many of the downstairs rooms are empty... Then the room smells, the sheets are not washed, there is cat droppings in the hallway also left on the 4th floor because it's really far away maybe yes... the trash is intentionally placed near the stairs and up and down. hotel sales are not this dirty either. Paid did not want to stay here. Even though it's already booked, it can't be returned, so throw it away and stay at another hotel. Then there is no car park..
