★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau di lunasin malah lama ngantrinya, padahal yg ngantri jg gk keliatan org'a. Sedangkan klo telat bayar cicilan baru dah dia cepet kerjanya.
Memangnya karyawannya cuma 2 orang yg menangani perihal prlunasan cicilan...!!!!
Tolong di Revisi kembali kinerja'a, agar tidak ada lagi nasabah yg menunggu sangat" lama sekali...? Terima kasih ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya PARAAAAHH,,, ini yg kerja ada gak sech?? Mo lunasin aja ngantri bisa sampai 2 jam padahal gak ada orang, gimana gak di bilang antri itu orang2 yg sok akrab n kenal orang dalem pada bilang mo chek nomor kontrak langsung nyelonong ke dalem.
Trus yg bagian teller ada orang nya tapi gak ngapa2in buat apa guna nya masuk kerja ya??.
Yg CS malah gak ada orang.
Dari bulan lalu mo nglunasin aja susah banget...?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️.

The service is PARAAAAHH ... does this work or not ?? If you can just pay in line, you can queue up to 2 hours even though there are no people, how can you not say that the queues are people who are familiar and know the courtiers when they say to check the contract number directly barging into the palace.
Then there is someone in the teller section but it doesn't matter what is the point of coming to work?
The CS doesn't even exist.
From last month just paying off is really hard ... ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mah paham kalo ada lama dalam antrian, namanya juga sistem antrian. Apalagi pada zaman Corona . Kan karyawannya wfh. Saya berterimakasi pada OTO sudah di pinjami mobil selama 4 tahun, karna selama kredit itu bukan mobil saya. Setelah lunas saya hanya nunggu BPKB 1 sampai 2 jam. Sebagai customer kita harus bijaklah jgn mementingkan emosi.
I understand if there is a long time in the queue, it's also called a queuing system. Especially during the Corona era. The employees are wfh. I am grateful to OTO that the car has been loaned for 4 years, because as long as the credit is not my car. After paying off I just waited for BPKB 1 to 2 hours. As customers, we must be wise not to pay attention to emotions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang sangat lambat, mau ambil BPKB aja susah bgt. Gak prepare sekali, terkesan ga profesional. Sepi gak ada antrian sama sekali, lamaa bangett nunggunya.
Ke loket petugasnya hanya minta ttd di atas kertas putih, trus pergi ntah kemana. Dibiarkan konsumen nunggu, masa hal kayak gini aja ga dipersiapkan????
Very slow service, it's really difficult to take BPKB. Not prepared at all, impressed unprofessional. There is no queue at all, the wait is really long.
To the counter the clerk just asked for the sign on white paper, then where did he go. The consumer is left to wait, is it time for things like this to be prepared?
