 Very friendly and responsive service .. much better compared to the services I got in several other single optical branches ... really helped give me a solution ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dan pengetahuan tim di Optik Ini sangat baik. Peralatan yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran juga sangat canggih mirip di klinik mata. Kacamata yang saya buat disini memiliki hasil yang sangat baik dan tidak perlu penyesuaian yang lama.
The service and knowledge of the team at Optik Ini is excellent. The equipment used to take measurements is also very sophisticated, similar to that in an eye clinic. The glasses I made here have excellent results and do not require long adjustments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for after sales service. Frame that i bought here was broken after 10 months of using it. They did repair, by put it back with a dexton glue. I was amazed. I was then asked whether there’s a guarantee, they say no! as simple as that. I was request them to checked with headquarter, they did, came back a week later with a letter and the assistant manager put a little note beside his signature that its not guarantee. The store manager who give back the frame and show me the letter was very arrogant, not even say any apology. So do think twice before buy any from this store.
