Seakan-akan tidak diperlakukan seperti Customer Optik Melawai, jelas2 saya beli kacamata dan lensa di Optik Melawai, minta pasangin lensa aja ga becus. Kacamata rusak, customer tanggung sendiri. Terima kasih untuk pengalaman yang buruk, Customer -1

β β β β β Saya beli kacamata pakai resep dokter.
Pas dipakai, kacamatanya bikin pusing. Saya bilang minta diganti sama lensa lbh rendah tapi penjaga toko gamau karena itu udah sesuai resep dokter yang mana resep dokternya sama sesuai ukuran dari toko beda 0,5.
Sekarang kepala saya pusing pakai kacamata itu dan disuruh minta dulu ubah dari RS baru bisa diganti lensanya padahal saya bayar cash dan pakai uang sendiri.
Terus dikasi kotak kacamata yang udah terkelupas pula.
Memang pakaian saya cuma celana pendek dan kaos tapi bukan berarti bisa diperlakukan kayak gini lo.
Update:
Cuma bisa kasi bintang 3 Karena kacamata saya lensanya bisa diganti tanpa biaya tapi nunggu 1 minggu.
Saya udah bolak balik dan harus balik lagi minggu depan. Ribet banget sumpah.

Can only give 3 stars Because my glasses can be replaced the lenses without charge but wait 1 week.
