- tidak mengada-ada
- keluhan teratasi (ban, kampas rem, service cvt, busi, oli, filter udara, batok longgar)

- Keseluruhan baik experiencenya
- bintang 4 karena tidak ada yang sempurna masih bisa improve lagi dr segi pelayanan, harga, tempat dan produk
- semoga hasil nya baik untuk pemakaian sy s.d. nanti service kembali
- bisa pindah servis dr bengkel resmi ke on scoot klo hasil servis, pelayanan dan harga lebih murah
- terima kasih.
Saran :
- Owner dapat tingkatkan pelayanan dgn terus jaga keharmonisan dgn pekerja, buat pekerja nyaman, dihargai, akrab, beri bonus jika overtime
- Owner kemudian beri arahan kepada teknisi dan kasir untuk melayani pelanggan sebagai raja, artinya selalu bersikao ramah, tegur, sapa, salam, akrab, asik, tidak mengada2 dan solutif
- Owner bisa beri pelatihan sertifikasi bagi teknisi agar pelanggan semakin percaya dan loyal
- Tempat bisa diperluas kanopi nya diperlebar agar yg antre tidak kepanasan kehujanan
- Teknisi yang handal cakap motor vespa ditambah agar tidak antre khusunya di weekend
- Kerjasama dgn produsen2/distributor parts vespa agar lengkap semakin murah harga ny dan variatif
- jam operasional bisa lebih pagi di weekend dr jam 08.00 / 07.30, pulang olahraga bisa service
- kursi taman bisa di beri kanopi / sekat agar tidak panas / kena air hujan
- harga dimurahin lagi / berlakukan promo
- marketingin di ig atau di komunitas
- buka cabang di lokasi dgn pengguna vespa yg cukup banyak agar lebih dekat dgn pengguna vespa lainnya

- you can move the service from the official workshop to on scoot if the service, service and price are cheaper

Suggestion :
- Owners can improve service by continuing to maintain harmony with workers, make workers comfortable, appreciated, familiar, give bonuses if overtime
- The owner then gives directions to the technicians and cashiers to serve customers as kings, meaning that they are always friendly, reprimand, greet, greeting, familiar, cool, not making up and solutions
- Owner can provide certification training for technicians so that customers are more confident and loyal
- The place can be expanded, the canopy is widened so that those in line don't get too hot in the rain
- Reliable technicians who are capable of vespa motorbikes are added so that they don't line up, especially on weekends
- Cooperation with manufacturers/distributors of Vespa parts so that the complete, cheaper and varied prices
- Operational hours can be earlier on weekends from 08.00 / 07.30, after exercise can be serviced
- garden chairs can be given a canopy / bulkhead so it doesn't get hot / rained
- prices are reduced again / apply promos
- marketingin on ig or in the community
- open a branch in a location with enough Vespa users to be closer to other Vespa users
