★ ★ ★ ★ ★ akhirnya saya menemukan skin treatment yg cocok untuk tipe kulit saya setelah sekian lama mencari2 tmpt perawatan untuk kulit berjerawat dan amat berminyak ini. dokter2 disana pun sngt komunikatif dan ramah mereka menjelaskan secara detail mengenai kebutuhan kulit wajah saya dan trnyata konsultasi tidak hanya untuk wajah saja tetapi bisa untuk semua keluhan mengenai kulit karna disana dktrnya sudah Spesialis semua. kliniknya pun Sngt bersih,wangi, ada free minum, pelayanan yg ramah dan tmpt tunggunya nyaman cocok untuk foto2 karna tmptnya instagramable ?

finally I found a skin treatment that is suitable for my skin type after all this time looking for treatments for acne and very oily skin. the doctors there were very communicative and friendly, they explained in detail about the needs of my facial skin and it was clear that the consultation was not only for the face but could be for all complaints regarding the skin because there dktrnya all Specialists. the clinic is very clean, fragrant, there is free drinking, friendly service and the waiting area is convenient for photos because it looks instagramable ?
the creams are also safe because they are responsible for the answer right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erha clinik adalah klinik spesialis dokter kulit yang cukup lengkap di kota Bogor . Karna selain masalah kosmetik ada pelayanan berbagai masalah penyakit yang berhubungan dengan kulit . Saya pasien di Clinik Erha sejak tahun 2014 dengan dokter Karunia Burhan , SpKK . Beliau dokter yang cukup recomended untuk masalah kesehatan kulit khususnya wajah , karna saat pemeriksaan itu benar2 teliti di periksa bukan hanya sekedar dilihat dengan cahaya lampu .
Untuk lokasi cukup strategis ditengah kota bogor , akses yang sangat mudah dijangkau untuk kesana . Pelayanan mulai dari satpam depan , pendaftaran , kasir , Ast Apoteker/apoteker , dokter , therapis cukup ramah , untuk harga memang termasuk lumayan mahal dan untuk golongan menengah keatas , namun semua disesuaikan dengan masalah kulit masing2 .
Kekurangan dari Erha Clinik hanya area parkir yang kurang luas karena bangunannya ruko bukan bangunan paten seperti Erha di kota lain ex.Jogjakarta ataupun saat di Jalan Bangbarung dulu . Semoga Erha Clinik bisa mendapatkan tempat yang lebih luas dan nyaman lagi minimal seperti dulu di bangbarung .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PELAYANAN BURUK!! Beli 1cream aja nunggu 1jam! Padahal nomor antrian setelah saya langsung dilayanin dan cepat selesai. Ntah karyawannya milih pelanggan atau memang kerjanya lamban!! Ga kaya di cabang Tegal pelayanannya cepat
BAD SERVICE!! Just buy 1 cream and wait 1 hour! Even though the queue number after I was served immediately and quickly finished. Either the employees choose the customers or the work is slow!! Not rich in the Tegal branch, the service is fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo salah ngaku salah!!...orderan tunai malah bilang coorporate ke konsumen nya, dan saya harus balik lagi, cuma masalah uang 14rb saya harus bolak balik dua kali..
If it's wrong, admit it's wrong!!...cash orders instead say corporate to the customer, and I have to go back again, it's only a problem of 14k money I have to go back and forth twice..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimulai dengan parkir yang sempit. Ruangan konsultasi terbuka luas begitu saja, kesannya tidak menjaga privasi pasien. AC ruangan konsultasi dan treatment (saat itu saya peeling) saja tidak dinyalakan, mungkin listriknya tidak kuat. Beberapa kali juga ganti dokter karena, muka makin hancur + dokternya ogah"an. Semoga diperbaiki kedepannya. Saya pidahan dari ERHA Jogja, geleng kepala pindah ke ERHA Bogor. Muka saya udah bagus dari Jogja, eh malah hancur setelah ke ERHA Bogor.
Starting with the narrow parking. The consultation room is just wide open, it doesn't seem like the patient's privacy is being maintained. The AC consultation and treatment room (at that time I was peeling) didn't turn on, maybe the electricity wasn't strong. Several times I also changed doctors because my face was getting worse + the doctors were reluctant. Hopefully it will be fixed in the future. I moved from ERHA Jogja, shook my head and moved to ERHA Bogor. My face is already good from Jogja, but it was destroyed after going to ERHA Bogor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erha clinic located in Pajajaran street near warung jambu, beside cito clinic. The staffs are really helpfull beside that I already booked treatment schedule a day before. The treatment is good, and they didn't pushed us to buy their skin care such as cream and etc. Since I have a normal skin without acne, I just go straight for treatment without doctor consultation (it's a bit pricey btw). They provide us a single use mini dress and head cap for treatment to keep anything hygiene.
