★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far cukup nyaman! Ac nya dingin tapi sayang di bawah kenapa gapake ac? Jujur dibawahnya panas menurutku. Tiap hari ada mbak yg rapih2 fasilitas yang dikasih berjalan lancar semua. Cuma mau complaint kadang airnya kecil kalo kepagian atau kemalaman.
So far is quite comfortable! The air conditioner is cold but unfortunately below why is it not ac? Honestly underneath it's hot in my opinion. Every day there are women who are neat and clean. Just want to complaint, sometimes the water is small if it is too late or too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omah Cening merupakan salah satu tempat kos (indekos) yang berada di daerah Mblunyah Rejo, atau di arah Jalan Monjali, masuk depan gang (lapangan Sekolah Muhi) Hotel Tentrem. Omah Cening ini setahu saya memiliki sekitar 9 kamar dan terdapat 1 ruang home stay. Tiap-tiap kamar kos nya berbeda ukuran (sepertinya) tp standar dengan masing" memiliki kamar mandi dalam. Sudah terdapat kasur dan lemari. Ada yg AC dan ada yang tanpa AC, harga sementara yang saya tau tanpa AC skitar Rp 850.000,- . Utk harga home stay saya belum survei katanya si cukup murah. Halaman lumayan ada tanamannya dan cukup utk parkir 8 motor (teduh dg atap). Kalau utk kendaraan mobil hanya bisa parkir diluar gang sebelum masuk (samping masjid). Tempat Omah Cening juga ada ibu" yang bersih-bersih jadi tempatnya tidak kotor dan terawat. Bangunan dengan model modern tapi masih ada nuansa kayak yaa mungkin daerah desa desa yang menarik. Recomended sih buat anak kos anak kerja gitu. Tp kalau jarak ke UGM agak lumayan.. Oiya juga tersedia dapur bersama di lantai 2. Tidak ada jam malam, tp biasanya skitar jam 10an sudah di gembok kunci gerbangnya.

The yard has quite plants and enough for parking 8 motorbikes (shaded with a roof). For vehicles, the car can only park outside the alley before entering (next to the mosque). clean, so the place is not dirty and maintained. The building with a modern model but there are still nuances like that maybe the village area is interesting. It's recommended for boarding kids to work like that. But if the distance to UGM is quite decent ... Oh yes, there is also a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor. There is no curfew, but usually around 10 am the gates are locked.
