★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very recomended for the traveller or backpacker who need the cheap homestay with quite complete facilties. Breakfast, hot/cold shower, relax room, car/motorcycle rental, etc. Nice and comfortable place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u planning to stay in Yogya and looking cheap (130+k) but clean and hospitable place, I recommending this place. Book first, since its only have 4-5 rooms. U can choose between using aircon or fan, price differs a little. There are 2 bathroom, clean, shampoo and soap already provided, hot water if u like. The bed are large enough to contain 2-3 people, no TV inside (well almost no one i know watch TV often enough to require one). They will give u 2 keys, ur room and front gate, in case u have night event or want to look around Yogyakarta during night time. Breakfast is provided here and there are lots of places to eat around here since its quite close to private universities, but located on quiet place so u can rest well.
