★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The exterior of the restaurant is really nice and unique with onzen-like pond with fogs coming out from it. The staffs were friendly and the quality of the food is good. We waited for more than 35minutes for the Zaru soba to be served. The Tamago sushi is not as good as we expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is not a single failed menu offered here. Their sushi variant is delicious and fresh. Good taste is the minimum standard here, mostly the food taste great! They have many options for vegetarian, and I would like to recommend Inari, tamago, and kinoko salad. It's so flavorful and must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any food in menu is delicious and has good price. The interior is well n nicely decorated. AC is cool which is good in PIK area.
Why I give 1 star then?
Imagine you must wait 25 minutes outside for waiting list which we have number 1, next table is ours, thinking all tables are fully taken, and what a surprise...
When we enter there are at least 3 empty tables. The other 4 tables have reserved sign and until we have finished our meal, they are still 1 empty reserved tables.
We order 7 meals. They bring out 2 menus and wait 15 minutes for nexr 2 menus then the last 3 meals don't come out for the next 30 minutes and we have finished the first 4 ones. When you stop eating for 30 minutes, your appetite is gone already. We want to cancel them but they keep saying our order is in process.
When we leave the restaurant, there is another group waiting outside, i guess they will have the same story as our.
You can sell good food in good place but if your service like that will make me think twice to revisit this restaurant.
