Cause you will attracted by the promo price which is 150k for scalling, but what you get is just very fast and unclean scalling, they said that 150k only clean the tartar not the stain. So there are so much stain left. If you want to get everything clean, you must pay extra 250k. In the end i think this is just a gimmick marketing for you are want to get good price but what you get is bad service. Good bye my 150k
