★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter gigi yang menurut saya paling bersih, paling profesional dan paling ramah di Jakarta Barat... Saya menjadi pasien pada tgl 22 July, yg praktek Drg. Angelina Rista Wijaya... gigi saya ada yang patah karena tertimpuk marmer oleh anak saya... ketika saya datang ke klink, resepsionisnya begitu ramah, antrian juga begitu cepat. Di dalam klinik juga saya terkagum2 karena ruangan yang begitu bersih, rapih, dan nyaman... Drg Angelina langsung merawat gigi saya dgn baik, Dr nya cantik dan ramah, dlm kurang dari 30 menit sudah selesai seperti gigi baru lagi.. beliau juga membantu saya mengecek apakah ada gigi yang bolong, dan membersihkan serta mengencangkan retainer saya. Terimakasih atas pelayanannya di klinik Drg Imelda :)
The dentist, who in my opinion is the cleanest, most professional and most friendly in West Jakarta ... I became a patient on July 22, the practice of Drg. Angelina Rista Wijaya ... my teeth have been broken because of being crushed by marble by my child ... when I came to the clink, the receptionist was so friendly, the queue was too fast. In the clinic I was also amazed because the room was so clean, tidy and comfortable ... Dr Angelina immediately took care of my teeth well, Dr. was beautiful and friendly, in less than 30 minutes it was finished like new teeth again ... she also helped I checked for missing teeth, and cleaned and tightened my retainer. Thank you for the service at Drg Imelda clinic :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah percaya sama dokter Imelda bertahun tahun lamanya.. suami juga pasti baliknya kesini lagi kalo utk bersihin karang dan pelayanan gigi lainnya.. kalo dokter gigi lain mungkin banyak yang aji mumpung kasih rate tinggi tinggi ya.. tp kalo dok Imelda harganya bersahabat, beliau bicara apa adanya gak nakut nakutin pasien dan satu lagiii..ramah banget dokternya.. disini protokol kesehatannya oke..
I've trusted Dr. Imelda for years.. My husband will definitely come back here again for cleaning tartar and other dental services.. Maybe many other dentists will give you a high rate, yes.. But if Doc Imelda the price is friendly, he is talk as it is, don't be afraid to scare the patient and one more thing.. the doctor is very friendly.. here the health protocol is okay..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jujur kecewa. Baru pertama treatment di sini tp hasil sdh mengecewakan. Akhir january 2021 saya appointment di praktek sini dengan harapan bakal bagus karna dr ulasan bagus smua. Pas dtg ternyata yg tangani saya bukan dr imelda lgsg,tp dgn dokter lain. saya pikir dgn dr imelda karna appointment by wa tidak di beritahu jg. saya pikir y sudah karna sudah terlanjur datang. setelah konsultasi gigi saya hrs PSA. stlh 3x kunjungan br selesai treatmentny. setelah 7 bln tiba2 gigi yg PSA tersebut sakit kembali. saya coba reconsult kembali by wa. tp hasilnya tidak ada garansi dan dgn alasan karna untuk treatmentnya tidak masalah.dan hy di suruh balik untuk rontgen ulang lagi. padahal gigi saya yg lain yg pernah melakukan treatment PSA setelah bertahun tahun saja tidak pernah sakit kembali. untuk harga jutaan tp msh sakit mmg kecewa sekali.
honestly disappointed. This is my first treatment here but the results have been disappointing. At the end of January 2021, I have an appointment in practice here with the hope that it will be good because of all the good reviews. When I arrived, it turned out that the one who treated me was not from Imelda directly, but with another doctor. I think with Dr. Imelda because the appointment by wa wasn't announced either. I think y already because it's already come. After the dental consultation I had PSA. after 3x visits br finished the treatment. After 7 months, the PSA tooth suddenly hurt again. I tried to reconsult back by wa. but the result is that there is no guarantee and the reason is because the treatment is not a problem. And hy was told to come back for another x-ray. even though my other teeth that have had PSA treatment after years have never hurt again. for the price of millions but still sick, really disappointed.
