★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama ini selalu dihandle sama Indra dan selalu puas, gak pernah kecewa samsek. Semua yg kerja disini baik dan ramah kecuali Ownernya yg selalu ada di salon, duduk di meja kasir tapi gak ngurusin kasir dan terlihat punya kuasa tiap kali saya datang. Don't get me wrong, Ownernya ramah banget tapi sangat gak profesional dan gak dengerin dari apa yg saya konsultasikan, baru terakhir ini saya di handle dia dan rambut saya lgsg main dibabat berantakan dan asal2an. Saya sudah protes brapa kali jgn dipendekin lagi jgn ditambahin layernya lagi tapi gak didengerin dan terus di trap sampe akhirnya saya uda kesel bgt mau udahin aja karena memang hasil akhirnya bener2 awful dan gak cocok di saya eh tapi kok malah dia yg ngambek. Tolong yaaaaa saya yg keluar duit dan saya yg gak seneng dengan pelayanannya kenapa situ yg ngambek cemberut trus buang muka??! Shame on you!
Siapapun yg mau potong rambut disini plis cari hairstylistnya Indra aja karena jauh lebih profesional, jgn mau sama bapak2 yg kacamata buncit yg biasa di meja kasir(namanya heru ya kalo gak salah) karena bisa aja dapet pelayanan buruk seperti yg saya dapatkan dan berujung kecewa.

Everything that works here is good and friendly except the owner who is always in the salon, sitting at the cash register but it doesn't take care of the cashier and looks to have the power every time I come. Don't get me wrong, the owner is really friendly but it's very not professional and doesn't listen from what I consult, this was my last new handle and my hair lgsg played a mess and origin. I have protested when you don't have shortened the layer again but it's not heard and keeps listening to the trap until finally I have just wanted to already get it on, because the results finally really awful and it doesn't fit in me eh but how come he even sules. Please yaaaaa I've come out of money and I'm not happy with the service Why is there a sullen sullen then throw away ??! Shame on you!
Anyone who wants to cut your hair here, look for her hairstylist, because it's far more professional, don't want to be the ordinary sires on the cashier's table (the name is Heru, if it's not wrong) because it can get a bad service as I get and caused to be disappointed.
