Saya datng mau ngurus perubahan KTP jam 2 siang. Dibilangnya udah tutup utk pelayanan ktp. Mereka melayani cuma dari jam 8 - 12 siang.
Anak SD aja sekolah masuk jam 7 pulang jam 12.
Yang nge rate 5 cuma pegawainya aja ini.
What a mess,
I came to take care of changing my ID card at 2 pm. He said it was closed for KTP services. They serve only from 8-12 noon.
Elementary school children go home at 7, go home at 12.
The only one who rates 5 is the employee.

Just fix the ID card d. make it difficult not to become an employee. y mostly magabut (eat salary blind) poko.y messed up already this is the north tugu village

Harusnya istirahatnya bisa bergantian .
It's break time until what time, how long is it, for Friday and weekdays.
There should be alternate breaks.

Complicated bureaucracy, ASN serving the people even complicates it. I applied for the legalization of the heirs to be complicated even though I had followed the administration according to the flow. VERY BAD PUBLIC SERVICE

I already moving couple of times ya. Udh beberapa x ganti KK, termasuk yg disarankan pemerintah krn pergantian....Langsung DAPAT KK nya lohhh...
Jg anak kmrn bikin ktp d Sunter, ga ribed. Dtg bawa surat, lsg foto, just a week b4 bday. On the bday dtg lsg cetak. Sudah. Beres!!

Alasan ga cukup blanko buat cetak ktp ada 400an ktp. Sy 3 buah aja udh nyaris 1 bulan ga slesai2....
A village that really tests patience. Change the ID card, it's been 1 month, it's not finished. And for the 1st time to make KK, you have to PRINT yourself ️
I'm already moving couple of times ya. I've changed my KK several times, including the one suggested by the government because of the change.... GET THE KK immediately, lol...
Also, your child makes an ID card at Sunter, it's not complicated. Come with a letter, take a photo, just a week b4 bday. On the bday dtg lsg print. Already. OK!!

The reason is not enough blanks to print ID cards, there are 400 ID cards. I only have 3 pieces, it's almost 1 month and it's not finished....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is neatly located at a crowded street, but it is not at the centre of the Tugu Utara sub district, which makes some of the residents have to travel quite a long way to reach it. The service at the Single Window unit is quite organized, although they tend to take quite a long time. It is good that there is no more off-the-records- fees involved here.
