★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebetulan datang tidak dengan reservasi, saya datang berdua, tapi hanya bisa dilayani u/ 1 orang dahulu. Sedangkan yg lainnya harus menunggu karena pekerja yg lain butuh istirahat selama satu jam. Tapi akhirnya kami dipegang oleh 1 orang. Kami ambil treatment creambath yg harusnya menghabiskan waktu 60 menit. Tapi kami dilayani tidak sampai 60 menit/orang. Saat ingin menambah treatment, katanya waktunya tidak cukup. Padahal saya hanya ingin mengambil treatment dgn waktu 30 menit. Sedangkan saya selesai treatment jam 4 dan katanya tutup jam 6.
Incidentally, I didn't come with a reservation, I came together, but I can only be served for 1 person first. While others have to wait because other workers need to rest for an hour. But in the end we were held by 1 person. We took the cream bath treatment which should take 60 minutes. But we were served less than 60 minutes/person. When he wanted to add treatment, he said there was not enough time. Even though I only wanted to take a 30 minute treatment. Meanwhile, I finished the treatment at 4 and they said it closed at 6.
