★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah pelayanannya baik.. Kami juga pernah Rapid Test di Klinik tersebut & untuk stempel yg dimaksud Petugas Bandara adalah tempel Validasi Bandara bukan Stempel Klinik ?????????
Alhamdulillah, the service is good .. We have also had a Rapid Test at the clinic & for the stamp that the airport clerk meant was the Airport Validation stamp, not the Clinic stamp ?????????

Saya sudah 3x datang untuk ke Dokter Gigi!
Pertama : sudah appointment pendaftaran via telpon, saya datang, tapi kemudian kata resepsionisnya dokter gigi dablek itu pulang karena ada urusan mendadak!
Kedua : Saya sudah appointment pendaftaran di hari sebelumnya, tapi kata resepsionisnya dokter gigi ada, tapi tidak bisa tambal karena asistennya tidak ada. Jadi gunanya itu dokter buat apa? Buat ngobrol doang!!?? Kita pasien perlu penanganan!! (sungguh tidak profesional dan tidak becus!)
Ketiga : Saya juga sudah appointment via telpon, Saya datang namun langsung ditolak, karena katanya pasien sudah penuh! Padahal pendaftaran sampai jam 8 biasanya!!
Sungguh saya KECEWA dengan pelayanan Dokter Gigi Dablek di Klinik Intermedica!!
Apakah karena mentang-mentang BPJS jadi suka-suka??!
Kalo bayar tunai liat duit langsung ramah mata melotot??!!
Tolong diBINA itu Staff Klinik Intermedica dan terutama diBINA Dokter Gigi Bangsat Klinik Intermedica!!!!!!

This is the Intermedica Clinic that has the most severe services !!!
I've come to the dentist 3 times already!
First: I had an appointment via telephone, I came, but then the receptionist said the dentist was unable to go home because there was a sudden business!
Second: I had an registration appointment the day before, but the receptionist said the dentist was there, but couldn't patch it because the assistant wasn't there. So what is a doctor for? For chatting only !! ?? We patients need treatment !! (really unprofessional and incompetent!)
Third: I also have an appointment via telephone, I came but was immediately refused, because he said the patient was full! Though registration until 8 o'clock usually !!
Really I am DISAPPOINTED by Dablek's Dentist service at the Intermedica Clinic !!
Is it because just because BPJS likes it ??!
If you pay cash, you will immediately see eye-friendly money !!
Please, the Intermedica Clinic Staff and especially the Intermedica Clinics Dentist !!!!!
MY SUGGESTION NEVER TREAT IN THIS CLINIC !!
NOT BECOME NOT PROFESSIONAL !!!
THAT WAS HEALTHY COULD BE DEAD !!

Pelayanan termasuk cepat
Cukup pengertian ketika melakukan tes covid utk anak2.
Surat keterangan utk perjalanan (nonreaktif covid) juga bisa selesai dlm 3-4 jam dgn harga yg kompetitif.
Good service, friendly and communicative.
Service including fast
Enough understanding when doing a covid test for children.
A certificate for travel (covid non-reactive) can also be completed in 3-4 hours at a competitive price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merugikan client. Saya rapid test disini dibilang tidak valid oleh petugas bandara sehingga saya ditinggal pesawat dan tiket saya hangus. Akar pnyebabnya adalah petugas klinik LUPA memberi stempel karena alasan ramai pengunjung, padahal faktanya, ketika saya kesana klinik itu sepi! Bahkan org administrasi sedang makan
Edit: bahkan masih denial saja klinik ini, jelas-jelas petugas bandara yang saya maksud adalah PETUGAS VALIDASI RAPID TEST BANDARA (HALIM PERDANA KUSUMAH).
Logikanya, masa saya bisa nyelonong masuk ke pemeriksaan tiket TANPA diarahkan ke LOKET VALIDASI RAPID TEST.
OH DEAR, YOU'RE CANCELED.
Harming client. My rapid test here was said to be invalid by the airport staff so I left my plane and my ticket was forfeited. The root cause was that the clinic staff forgot to give a stamp for the reason that it was crowded with visitors, even though in fact, when I went there the clinic was quiet! Even the administration guy is eating
Edit: even the clinic is still denial, clearly the airport staff I mean is the AIRPORT RAPID TEST VALIDATION OFFICER (HALIM PERDANA KUSUMAH).
Logically, I can't get into ticket checks WITHOUT being directed to the VALIDATION LOCKET RAPID TEST.
OH DEAR, YOU'RE CANCELED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkir luas, bisa BPJS, ada apotek terpisah,ada fisioterapi, klinik gigi, dan bekam (one stop service), nyaman dan ada area bermain untuk anak. Ada pemeriksaan lab yang cukup lengkap setiap hari (sabtu-minggu lab tetap buka), ada pemeriksaan rapid tes juga..
Large parking area, can be BPJS, there is a separate pharmacy, physiotherapy, dental clinic, and cupping (one stop service), comfortable and there is a play area for children. There is a fairly complete lab examination every day (Saturday-Sunday the lab remains open), there is a rapid test too ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan apotiknya kurang sopan dan sangat tidak membantu.
Pengunjung disuruh lepas sendal,tapi petugas apotik keluar ke indomart dan masuk klinik menggunakan sandal yang sama.
Kemudian makan di lantai apotik dengan santainya.
Tidak menggunakan seragam pula.
Saran saya ke pihak klinik untuk lebih hati2 lagi dalam memilih karyawan.
The dispensary service is impolite and very unhelpful.
Visitors are told to take off their sandals, but the pharmacy staff goes out to Indomart and enters the clinic using the same sandals.
Then eat on the pharmacy floor casually.
Not wearing a uniform anyway.
My advice to the clinic is to be more careful in choosing employees.
