faktanya jam 14.20 aja masih blm di buka
nungguin 2jam lebih

The service is really bad, the officers don't serve but instead invite debate. The explanation also doesn't use polite words, especially the midwife

The service is not very good, the midwife has no manners and is not taught proper therapeutic communication. Talking like a forehead, there's no 5s!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik parno sih menurut saya,anak saya sakit cuma minta SKB aja susah bgt padahal bukan SKD .pake ngomong ini g bisa buat k PT segala,y emang aku jg tau.
Parno clinic, in my opinion, my child is sick, just asking for an SKB is really difficult even though it's not an SKD. To say this, I can't do everything to PT, yes, I know that too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah anak saya skrg sdh sehat lg stlh berobat di Klinik Noah Arofa..dokternya ramah dn sabar mnghadapi anak2,perawatnya jg sigap dn cekatan dlm melakukan tindakan ???
Alhamdulillah, my child is now healthy again after treatment at the Noah Arofa Clinic.. the doctor is friendly and patient with children, the nurse is also alert and agile in taking action ???

Jangan buka 24 jam. .terus susternya kalo lg gak mau kerja jangan kerja.
Orang sakit itu gak di rencanain.
Mau siapapun yg sakit entah peserta BPJS atau non BPJS.
Tolong layani masyarakat dengan etika, dan ramah.
Jika terus2 seperti ini, ,jangankan peserta BPJS saya yakin yg non BPJS juga males pakai jasa anda.
Clinic if you don't want 24 hours.
Don't open 24 hours. Then the nurse, if you don't want to work, don't work.
Sick people are not planned.
Anyone who is sick, whether it's a BPJS participant or non-BPJS.
Please serve the community ethically, and friendly.
If it continues like this, let alone BPJS participants, I'm sure the non-BPJS will also be lazy to use your services.
