★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat tidak bagus. Ini bukan yang pertama kalinya kesini, tapi sudah sering. Dan Barusan dari klinik ini. Keterangannya 24jam tapi semuanya tidur. Bahkan sampai dokternya pun tidak bangun sama sekali. Perawatnya tidak sopan. Bertanya dengan kesal dan menjawab dengan jawaban yang kurang baik, padahal dia sedang berbicara kepada ibu saya. Sudah menunggu lumayan lama, akhirnya pergi tanpa dicek sama sekali karna dokternya tidak bangun. Tolong, gimana kalo tadi ibu saya sudah sekarat? Kalo memang kalian dari pihak klinik tidak sanggup 24jam, mending tidak usah ada logo 24jam. Dan untuk perawat yang bilang "mungkin dokternya kecapean karna dari pagi banyak pasien, karna dokternya cuma satu", apakah tidak bisa ditambah dokter kalo memang pasiennya overload? Apakah jam setengah 2 malam adalah kerja kalian tanpa digaji? Kalo iya tolong direspon. Setelah ini saya dan keluarga langsung pindah klinik. Sekali lagi, klinik ini sangat tidak bagus. Tolong untuk atasannya bisa ditegur para karyawannya. Makasi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasien sudah nunggu banyak dokternya malah tidur hadeuuhhh..parah padahal masih sore jam setengah 4..nunggu sudah hampir 1.5 jam..ditanya perawatnya jutek abiss..not recommended klinik faskes..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan nya buruk sekali,suster jutek",dokter nya orng sakit gak mau megang/meriksa sama sekali.dan lebih parah prnh berobat dkasih obat buat usia anak",,dan belum lama anak saya jg sblum dirawat kmren udh 2x kontrol panas udh 6/7 hari boro" diperiksa anak saya,dsuruh balik lg klo masih panas,udh balik lg kirain dkasih rujukan atau minimal diperiksa lah,,akhir nya inisiatif sendiri lngsung ke rs krna udh urgent,,not recomended banget!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan jadikan klinik ini fasker gaes, pelayanannya tak ramah, bagian pendaftaran suster, semua jutek abiisss.. dokternya pun gak ramah sama sekali. Keadaan mendesak minta rujukan dipersulit, ngejelasin ke pasien sangat tidak ramah sekali. Harga diri saya berasa di injak².
