★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan buruk banget, macam telor busuk, saya komplain karena kesalahan staf FM tapi malah gak terima feedback supaya diperbaiki, justru saya diblokir. Gak papa ini emang gak worth beli produknya. Sebagus apapun produk kamu kalo layanan buruk, gak akan sustainable.
Very bad service, like rotten eggs, I complained because of the FM staff's error but didn't receive feedback so that it could be fixed, instead I was blocked. It's okay, this product is not worth buying. No matter how good your product is, if the service is bad, it will not be sustainable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order tanggal 8 Juli dikirim tanggal 13, setelah di komplain. Kalo gak di komplain ya diem aja. Tanggal 13 dikirim tapi salah nama dan Alamat. Staf FM nya ngarang sendiri Alamat padahal dah jelas diinfo nama dan Alamat. Kurir sampe bingung nyariin nama dan Alamat org yg gak exist.
Semua detail sudah jelas dikirimkan saat pembuatan order dan pembayaran. Gak tau stfa nya pada tidur atau sakau waktu proses pesanan. Alasan PPKM, so classic.
Beberapa kali pakai, quite happy with products. Brand boleh lah eropa cuma ternyata etos kerja staf FM jauh bgt dari Profesional customer oriented. It's time to try the local perfume yg gak kalah kualitasnya
Order on July 8, shipped on the 13th, after a complaint. If you don't complain, just shut up. The 13th was sent but wrong name and address. The FM staff made up the address themselves, even though it was clear that the name and address had been informed. Couriers are confused to find names and addresses of people who don't exist.
All details are clearly sent during order creation and payment. I don't know if the staff is sleeping or when I'm processing the order. The reason for PPKM, is so classic.
Used several times, quite happy with the products. Brands may be European, but it turns out that the work ethic of the FM staff is far from being professional, customer oriented. It's time to try the local perfume which is not inferior in quality
