★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here a few times with family because admittedly the food IS delicious. But we've been coming on a non-busy time all this time. When we did come in on a busy time though the restauranf was super full and noisy, the waiter promised us a table which looks like it's about to finish but then he moved a reserved table to that table without informing us, we didn't know so of course we headed to the table and start settling down but man, this woman, the one who booked started complaining to US instead of the staffs, and when said waiter he came, he had the audacity to only said that yes, this was a booked table and only admit to misinforming it to us at the end, as if he didn't dare to admit it to the customer who booked. Welp, there are always other restaurants options with better service and just as delicious if not more foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly one of the better Chinese restaurants out there. Clean and smooth taste but also savoury! Try it out, it's a little bit expensive but worth the price!

But if not considering the price, the food is really delicious and the ingredients are fresh. All the old favorites are available plus they added many new dishes. Would love to come back again.. but prepare for crowds even though it is in a new area in PIK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price, the karaoke lounge is pretty comfortable but the mic volume is so small. The bathroom sink is too small and pretty smelly. The best food for me is the Samcan. Overall a good place for family gathering especially if you like Chinese food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only saving grace for this resto was that the food was good. Service was practically almost non existent.
We entered the restaurant (7 pax) and was directed to tables with 5 seats, we waited a bit until another 2 chair were brought to the table.
The ambience was very noisy. It was almost full house when we were there.
We then waited another while and had to keep asking the waiters to bring us menus. The place was seriously understaffed. It should be common sense to immediately bring in the menus as soon as someone is seated.
We then made the order (waiter pointed wrong food when we asked, also was not friendly) and waited for quite a while and the first meal came. Then.. nothing for a while.. second menu came. We asked for the rice and spoon and forks.. but it took so long and we had to ask again and again. The food itself had started to grow cold.
We felt their prices was very steep. I think it would be okay if the service was good in addition to the food was good. But not this one.
You have to match your service with your asking price if you want to put out so much.
Food was undeniably tasty and good, but horribly lacking service really brought everything down. With such prices, one would expect the place not to have been so understaffed and that the staff would have good hospitality training.
Hoping for improvement to this restaurant as it has so much potential to be so much better.
