Ini menu bak chor mee Singapore ala Bucin, aku pesan ini karena liat gambarnya menarik banget di menunya. Tipe mienya yang kering gitu tanpa kuah, teksturnya kenyal tapi cukup lembek. Toppingnya ada daging cincang, chasiu, bakso goreng, yupo, dan potongan cabai kering. Aku suka sih sama rasa keseluruhannya, gurih dan toppingnya melimpah, jadi gak bikin bosan makannya. Cuma habis makan agak bikin haus ya, untung hot tea selection-nya bisa diminta refill air panas.
2. Honey Glazzed Banana Fritters
Pesan ini buat dessertnya, pisang goreng dengan tepung yang diberi topping oat crumble dan ice cream. Walau tampilannya kurang menarik ternyata rasanya enak. Tekstur pisang gorengnya crunchy, kenyal, dan manis, kalau makan sama es krimnya jadi ada sensasi dingin dan creamy juga.
1. Bucin In Mee
This is a menu like Singaporean chor mee a la Bucin, I ordered this because I saw the picture was very interesting on the menu. The type of noodle is dry without gravy, the texture is chewy but quite soft. The toppings are minced meat, chasiu, fried meatballs, yupo, and dried chili pieces. I really like the overall taste, it's savory and the toppings are abundant, so it doesn't make you bored to eat it. It's just that after eating it makes you thirsty, luckily the hot tea selection can be asked for a refill of hot water.
2. Honey Glazed Banana Fritters
This order is for the dessert, fried banana with flour topped with oat crumble and ice cream. Although it looks less attractive, it tastes good. The texture of the fried bananas is crunchy, chewy, and sweet, if you eat it with the ice cream, there is a cold and creamy sensation too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So not recommended for food lovers. The service takes so long. The food portions very small. They put taste enhancer that not safety for our health. The billing system is very. Not sure if this rest. will last long. Perhaps for Money laundrying.
