★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't tried the food yet, but the karaoke experience was awesome and the interface of the song menu is the definitely better then most karaoke spot. Oh, and the price is pretty affordable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Starbucks opened next to NAV, now it became more comfortable karaoke spot. Even when there's heavy traffic along Sultan Iskandar Muda (Arteri Pondok Indah), NAV still counted as a great stop by-entertainment. Their prices are affordable with comfortable rooms, complete from Small to VIP, where they provide private toilet inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came with 3 of my friends and we took the small room on the 2nd floor.
The mics were not good. One too loud (A) and the another one too low (B). The mic A made some whistle voice many times and feels so bad and dangerous for ears. The string of Mic B were taken out many times so we need to put it again and again.
We were ordering a pitcher of lemon tea and one plate of French Fries. The lemon tea was OK but the French fries was soo bad. The portion was so small and messy and the taste was bad.
The door of the toilet on the 2nd floor is broken. Don't dare to pee ? last but not the least, the staffs was not friendly at all.
I went to some bad family karaoke and this is the worst
