Klo mau make make tester lebih baik izin ke mbanya karna ada sebagian barang yg bukan tester malahan mbaknya cerita katanya sering ada cs yg main buka padahal. Disitu gak ada tulisan tester alhasil semua mbanya ganti potong gaji sama barang yg cs buka,segelnya sobek karna kata dia takut ribut sama cs

If you want to use a make tester it is better to get permission from the mbanya because there are some items that are not testers, even if you tell the story, there are often cs who play open even though. There was no writing on the tester as a result all the mbanya changed the salary cut with the item that cs opened, the seal was torn because the word he was afraid of being noisy at cs

β β β β β Produk asli tapi saya kurang nyaman dengan staff tokonya yang bersikap mencurigai setiap pengunjung yang datang. Too over suspicious minds and not friendly. Hati2 memegang produk tanpa SEAL, nanti disuruh bayar paksa meskipun Anda bukan pembuka segelnya. Pelayan judes jutek bgt, gw kapok datang ke toko ini, mendingan beli di OL-SHOP.
Original products but I am not comfortable with the shop staff who are suspicious of every visitor who comes. Too over suspicious minds and not friendly. Carefully holding the product without SEAL, it will be forced to pay for it even if you are not the seal opener. Jutek's bitchy waitress, I came to this store, I want to buy OL-SHOP.

β β β β β So sorry Nature Republic, I had such a bad cust experience here. Today (Saturday, 15 September 2018 -- afternoon), I tried to look around the store and checked the products. I tried to check one gel product in tube (located on the pad display -- where they usually put tester products), the seal was already broken so I thought it was the tester. I was about to sniff it and 1 BA stopped me saying "miss, you gotta buy the product because you broke the seal." I tried to explain because I DID NOT break the seal, as it was already broken when I picked it up. She kept saying that I got to buy the product because she caught me when I tried to open the product -- no matter if I did break it first or not. I thought it was unfair because I wasn't the one who broke the seal (the seal was thin with additional clear tape that was twisted and not sticky anymore) and it was located on top of the pad where they put testers for other products. She told me it was the standard of the store, I said it didn't make sense, as it confused the customers and could've mistaken the product as a tester, and I didn't even test the product!! (it was still SEALED INSIDE -- so the gel didn't come out). She said there are many customers who've been trying to break the seals and they always fixed it, by that logic, I said then she could actually fix it & sell the product again knowing there was extra seal inside and I would give her money for sealing back the opener using tape like they do everytime. She told me they could actually check CCTV, so I said yes, let's check the CCTV so you know I didn't peel the seal or anything. She went silent and said "can not, unfortunately you were the one I caught opening the seal. What are you gonna pay it with miss? Cash or debit?" repeatedly and put the product to the cashier. I went there 10 min after and told 2 cashiers in charge of what happened (I spoke with normal tone) and they replied with smile and said "oh don't worry, that's really fine. The product is sealed inside miss, so we can fix the outer seal" and put the product back.
The weirdness....
I've never had experience this bad in any store. EVER.
1) The BA accused me for thing I didn't do and pushed me to just accept it
2) The BA lied about the SOP
3) If it is true that their 'store standard' is to put non-tester item for their gel products on the special pad, but not for other items -- you're being inconsistent. The customers who you think broke the products might have not known that they're non-testers, especially the seal was super duper thin!
4) If they're going to make profit UNFAIRLY for forcing customers (that they THOUGHT was being naughty) to buy their products, you'll slowly losing customers.
I will never go back to that store.

β β β β β It's located inside summarecon mall bekasi, and always crowded here especially in the weekend, mostly girls, the product is quite complete and pretty impresive, as we know that nature republic is a korean brand so i think this is the best place to find a look like a korean beauty.
