★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produk original. Namun garansi after sales nya kurang. Saat unboxing ada cacat dari pabrik dan sudah di info sejak unboxing di toko, belum di bawa pulang HP nya.
Minta tukar baru, tapi awal hanya di harap, "ya terima saja" dengan alasan produk A52 sedang banyak peminat dan kosong di banyak tempat. Jujur untuk barang seharga 5 juta, saya rasa orang lain juga tidak mau kalau dapat yang cacat di body.
Apalagi saya sudah nunggu lama dan bolak balik ke mall untuk ambil barang, lalu pas diterima produknya cacat.
Walaupun akhirnya diberi kompensasi Power bank gratis (tanpa diminta). Tapi sejujurnya saya mengharapkan produk yang mulus.
Tidak bermaksud menjatuhkan pihak manapun, tapi saya harap dengan kejadian seperti ini, Fonel bisa menanggulangi permasalahan serupa dikemudian hari. Biasa nya saya beli langsung di Samsung store atau oke shop, tapi kali ini mau coba di Fonel karena sama sama terpercaya. Tapi ternyata after sales nya kurang memuaskan

I usually buy it directly at the Samsung store or okay shop, but this time I want to try it at Fonel because it's equally reliable. But it turns out that the after sales are not satisfactory
