★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the best hospitals in this country, I guess.. the doctors are good. and the nurses.. words can't describe how much I thank them for helping me when my mum stayed there for 2 weeks after her second stroke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misleading information given by call center.. As said by call center, to have access to patient room can use rapid test from other hospital, but in front office rapid test must be issued by PON... Poor problem handling by front office staff
After handled by management, now it is solved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The emergency staffs and doctors are very helpful, details and attentive. I’m amazed watching how fast and efficient they are handling the countinuosly incoming patients yet still able to give detail attention to the patients and clear brief to the families.
Also no difficulties on administration and paperworks even if u’re using BPJS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have a real specific schedule for each doctor (neurologist), so... have to make an appointment first. Especially if I want to visit the most senior doctor/professor: have to make an appointment to his secretary via Whatsapp. That's rather complicated, in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the good doctor, one thing that is a let down. Security staff has no emphaty towards older patient and was rude. Also there are discrimination by the security staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good even we used BPJS however we need to be more patience for queue and the doctor was good and helpful but for the nurse was not friendly.
The rooms was cleaned and quite spacious.
