Jam 10.30 aku telpon mau booking jam 2 siang.
Katanya datang aja.
Saat aku datang, dikasih no urut 20.
Lama banget nunggunya, wajar sih aku namanya sibuk.
Tapi waktu tanya mau treatment. Katanya udah full. Dan disarankan konsultasi aja.
Tiba2, no urus 23 diminta masuk ke ruang treatment.
Saat aku tanya, alasannya no 23 sudah booking duluan.
Ya Allah kenapa ketika aku telpon jam 10.30 tidak diinfo????
Kecewa.... ga lagi2 deh...

It's been a long wait, it's only natural that I'm busy.
But when I asked for treatment. He said it was full. And a consultation is recommended.
Suddenly, number 23 was asked to enter the treatment room.
When I asked, the reason number 23 was already booked in advance.
Oh God why when I called at 10.30 I was not informed????
Disappointed....not again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat kecewa dengan Natasha Bintaro, saya sudah konfirmasi untuk pengiriman hari ini juga akan tetapi dari pihak staff Natasha memberikan info bahwa sudah di pesankan Gosend dan operasional gosend instant sendiri akan di proses dan di antar langsung ke lokasi setelah 1-2 jam pemesanan akan tetapi saya pesan dari jam 12 akan tetapi sampai jam 9 malam belum ada kabar dari pihak driver atau mungkin dari pihak staff Natasha sendiri slow progress untuk melakukan pengiriman melalui via Gosend, sudah lama menjadi pelanggan Natasha tapi baru kali ini agak kecewa dengan pelayanan dari pihak tsb. semoga kedepannya bisa di perbaiki!
very disappointed with Natasha Bintaro, I have confirmed for delivery today but from the staff Natasha provided information that Gosend has been ordered and the instant gosend operation itself will be processed and delivered directly to the location after 1-2 hours of ordering but I order from 12 o'clock but until 9 pm there has been no news from the driver or maybe from Natasha's own staff slow progress to make deliveries via Gosend, I've been a customer of Natasha for a long time but this time I'm a bit disappointed with the service from that party. Hopefully it can be fixed in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa dengan natasha bintaro. Padahal saya pelanggan yang sdh bertahun2 perawatan disini.
Kemarin pagi saya telfon untuk booking.
Info dari resepsionis nya bisa di jam 10.
Saat hari H saya datang dengan jam yg sudah ditentukan tiba2 saya diinfokan bahwa saya tidak bisa masuk jam 10, dan baru bisa masuk jm 12 dengan alasan terapis tiba2 ada yg berhalangan hadir.
Kenapa tidak diinfo?
Natasha nya ada nomor whatsapp saya dan saya juga apa2 biasa wa dengan mereka.
Saya diinfo ketika sudah beberapa menit berlalu itupun karena saya juga inisiatif mendatangi resepsionis untuk bilang kalau saya sudah booking kemarin untuk hari ini di jm 10.
Dan lucu nya orang yg barusan datang dan nomor antri nya nya setelah nomor antri saya, bisa masuk di jm 10 dgn alasan sudah datang duluan.
Saya nomer 10 dan orang nya nomer 12.
Sorry to say nggak ada guna yang namanya booking2 kalo ujung nya system nya ngawur seperti itu.
Sangat sangat mengecewakan.

Natasha has my whatsapp number and I'm also okay with them.
I was informed when a few minutes had passed and even then because I also took the initiative to go to the receptionist to say that I had booked yesterday for today at 10 am.
And the funny thing is that the person who just came and the queue number is after my queue number, can enter at 10 am on the grounds that they came first.
I am number 10 and the person is number 12.
Sorry to say there is no use in the name of booking2 if the system ends up being inconsequential like that.
Very very disappointing.
