INI SAYA JUJUR Datang untuk perawatan, pertama disuruh konsultasi terlebih dahulu lalu sama dokternya disuruh beli produknya cream pagi siang malam, sunscreeen, face wash, toner, dan perawatan seharga 472ribu. Sehabis perawatan malah wajahku bruntusan kecil2 di area jidat dan pipi. Sumpah nyesel banget sih saya

Saya beli krim dikasih krim bekas! Kalau perawatan sih tergantung dapat terapisnya yg telaten atau ga. Benar-benar kecewa dikasih krim bekas padahal kita tuh bayar full. Tolong manajemen lebih teliti terkait hal ini. Krim bekas itu kan mengandung banyak resiko apalagi masa pandemic seperti sekarang. Tolong dong lebih profesional. Kita itu manusia lho.

Bukan maksud buat comparing, cuma dibandingin pengalaman treatment di naavagreen jogja, disini konsultasi sama dokternya bikin makan ati, kenapa: 1. Dipaksa ambil treatment yang mahal - alesannya biar ga beruntusan trus dia pake embel-embel "di skincare manapun pasti suruh ambil yang full treatment." 2. Attitude dokternya thumbs down banget sih, heran itu orang kenapa bisa jadi dokter. 3. Akhirnya setelah lama "debat" ngelawan dokter ga jelas itu, saya tetep milih treatment yg basic aja karena saya emang cuma perlu treatment buat angkat komedo saja. 4. Pas mau facial biasanya kita lsg ditawarin buat pake kemben, ini ga sama sekali. Trus terjadilah conversation seperti ini: saya: ini ga perlu pake kemben? mbak2 naava: ga perlu kak saya: emang biasanya kalo facial ga pake kemben? mbak2 naava: pake. saya: lah trus knp skrg ga pake kemben? mbak2 naava: emang kakaknya mau pake kemben? saya: lah malah nanya lagi sumpah sih, saya ga ngerti sop nya gimana. walaupun selama pandemi ini memang kita harus ketat terhadap protokol kesehatan, harusnya tim naavagreen bisa mengedukasi pelanggan jika ada perubahan-perubahan terhadap tata cara treatment di klinik. overall, selama proses facial ya seperti facial pada umumnya. cuma kecewa banget sama dokternya yang ga ngedukasi dan ngadi-ngadi aja.

Dibandingkan cabang lain ini paling kurang recommended sih, gak dkasih kemben, trus pas di piling sakit dan panas dong dmana2 mah dikipasin ini dkasih kertas suruh kipas sendiri mba nya dduk doang liatin... Trus angkat komedonya udah ngeluh sakit mba nya diem aja kayak orang bisu, harusnya dberentiin dulu dtanya masih kuat gak, gak komunikatif. Kapok deh

Aku ga ngerti kenapa yang lain pada review kurang bagus. Tp buat aku personally ini cabang Naavagreen ter-the-best yang pernah aku coba. Berbulan-bulan aku betah kesini walau ini jauuuuuh banget dari rumah. Staff frontlinernya ramah banget. Dokternyaaa super pengertiannya banget. Terapisnya jugaa lumayaann. Banyak temen yang aku rekomendasiin utk datang kesini. Dan mereka selalu puas. Terutama dokter yg super friendly. Dokter rozaaa !!! ????
I don't understand why the others in the review weren't that good. But for me personally, this is the best Naavagreen branch I've ever tried. For months I feel at home here even though it's really far from home. The frontliner staff are very friendly. The doctor is super understanding. The therapist is also good. I have recommended many friends to come here. And they are always satisfied. Especially the super friendly doctor. Doctor Rozaa!!! ????
